Others were mere failures and criminals who looted the state. There was one who looted and hide money in South America as Pandora loots.

Lets not get excited because of resurfaced road, afterall it his duty to fixe bad road. Bad road is not only challenges the state is facing. There are dilapidated markets need urgent rehabilitation to meet 21st century standard, the need to revamp urban areas which are at the mercy of shanty shops on sides of roads which have become an eye sour and the need to plant trees to provide shed to encourage walking thus promote good health as well as absorb the exhaust fume from vehicles. Last not the least factory to provide jobs for the people. These are duties of the governor. .
As a commercial driver I can tell you for free that patching and painting this road those solve the main challenge users experience especially after closing hours of a workday.... The road needs an expansion!
