RWT Catch 2 (6/14/23) - Unexpected late weekly after KHB49 died

weekly test on 162.450 (Oregon WR608 auto-adjusted) and 162.550 (Uniden BC365CRS auto-adjusted). KHB49 went off the air after failing to relay a weekly test. how epic fail.
