Welcome to Andover! Once you arrive near Monson, it will get a bit easier. I'm not saying that it will be flat, but you should notice a difference. BTW: The toughest section of the AT is from Mt Washington to just outside of Rangeley, so you are definitely doing well if you have made it this far!! The white building you just walked by, is Aker's Ski, one of the best nordic ski shops in the country....here in the small town of Andover!
