You know there is a separate players book that just has character creation and rules, with none of the gm and world stuff right? Also you know you complimented and then later complained about the art. Which is it did you like it or not? Also there is a species builder you just got to do a little leg work and do the building from the gifts section. While I would have maybe released a builder as a pdf file on their website for free. Instead of taking up book space. I agree combat and skill usage is much easier to do in this edition. But not to be to confrontational I do thanking for taking time to review this fun and different game. Keep up the review work.
Oh, thank God. Since this game exists, no one will ever have to slot their out of place furry OC into a traditional RPG ever again. ...They're still gonna do it, aren't they?
I personally would go with something like Mausritter, with just a little bit of digging I found PDFs for all the necessary materials for running a full game online for free.
So... Yiffing. Had to look it up. Oi. Please explain your dislike for campaign settings and intro adventures. As a world builder I'm not sure if I'm insulted. Please explain how the system is good for fantasy races. Alternate reality dimensions where Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species have evolved or been magically created to be sentient bipedal beings isn't fantasy? I agree about species creation rules. That would be very helpful when one of your players shows up with some rare critter that is their hearts desire to play and you've never heard of it before. There could be templates of choices starting at Phylum and work your way to Species. I'll play to give it feel if you're running it again.
Sounds good :) Settings, it depends. Some settings are key to the rules-sets and vice versa. With something like D&D however, you are selling a rules-set with an implicit setting, so having too much setting info is redundant. Settings sold separately, or where they're integral are fine. Sample intro adventures are, to me, just a waste of space that could go to much more useful things.

I hope you do run this game again.
I love your reviews! What are your thoughts on Greyhawk's corpse being reanimated as a possible setting for 2024 DM's guide?
I don't have a huge attachment to Greyhawk, but if I did I'd be worried.
@@PostmortemVideo It was where it all began for me back in '82. I'm dreading this.
@paulberry5750 it's gonna be shit

Probably. The problem is simple, D&D. Lots of furry rpgs exist.
Ehyep.
Would love to hear your opinions on Historia, similar but different at the same time. New follower here, love the content
Welcome aboard!
Would this be a good GPG for a Redwall like experience or do I need to look elsewhere formula adventures in Mossflower Wood?
It might work if you figure out a way to cope with the size differential and limit what's playable.

Why is youtube hiding all the responses to comments?
And as soon as I posted, they all became visible. Lol
Is the game stream still up? I can't find it.

This vs. TMNT?
This.
So, part two of the mini game will use these rules, huh? 🤪
If I do a part two, da.
