Straight up sounds like an arrangement Mr. Hayata would do himself. At this point the accuracy to his music style is unbelievable. Keep up the amazing work 👍
Nailed it, talk about knowing a style, the melodies and the instruments used all match the vibes perfectly. This section in particular 0:42 let's you hear the QQ influence
This sounds great man, you're one of the few people that can actually replicate the SCD composition style accurately without just slapping in the "work that sucker to death" sample over the song. Will you ever make more remixes like this?
is just an isolation, i tried multiple times isolating this snare but i never can get it perfectly isolated that was why i never released, but i have hopes one day we will find the source still if you want i can put a link here for the isolation
Acoustics snares are from Ensoniq disks (rock drums) the TR-909 snare i ripped from Sonic CD Wacky Workbench Present. Sonic CD JP have my very favorite tr-909 snare, but I never could find the exact sample they used, maybe one day :)
@@CollisionChaos Have you tried applying some effects filter etc. on the ones from X-Static Goldmine? Also can we have the drum samples from those Ensoniq discs?
@@a2lan123 I tried, did not worked :( also, the original source of the acoustic snare is from ensoniq eps floppy disk called ESS-11 (John Robinson vol.2), however they can't be found on internet! But you can find their sounds in Ensoniq CDR-1 and CDR-2, both you can find on internet :D so you can use CDxtract or Chicken Systems Translator to convert to wav.

Finally. I found a person who also adores the ost of sonic cd.
Top notch composure. The quarts quadrent refrence section is my favorite! Nice works

One of the samples sounds just like the Prototype's engine sound and I love it.

You finally found that 909 snare!?!
Not really, I just used it ripped from Sonic CD haha XD
@@CollisionChaos modern problems require modern solutions
Only response I can come up with: 'Hell yes'.
Lmao, after listening to the 1994 Sonic Remix album, I somehow expected to hear the cheering sample from the Sonic CD boss music at the end
genuinely sounds like burning rangers music
This is god tier and needs an extended version.
Amazing!!!
Did you make the art for this video?
kinda. Is just a combination
Funky as hell
release the version of the 909 snare used here please its the best thing we have

Eu estava pensando como seria musicas do streets of rage versão sonic cd style
