Been following what you have been going through , Jason. As a fellow Amazon seller this is really our worst nightmare with the timing of the restrictions especially. We all live in fear of the next section 3 or wave of restrictions, if Amazon wants to foster and partner with honest sellers then they need to be more transparent and helpful for their 3rd party sellers.
Yep. The timing is the worst part of all this. Very frustrating that Amazon literally sent out emails to encourage sellers to send in their inventory early ahead of Q4 and now they restrict so much of that inventory. Insane.
In the same boat as you. I am feeling optimistic this week after I did get confirmation that my case is actively being worked on. Idk, time will tell. Really sucks to be missing out on the peak of consumer spending season.

So horrible to see this, I have known Jason for a long time, incredibly hard working and does honest business. It should be illegal for Amazon to do this to sellers with perfect account health, that follow all of Amazon's rules and boundaries and provide the customer with a great experience. How can they expect third party sellers to continue wanting to sell on their platform, despite those who do nothing wrong continually losing their business overnight, for no apparent reason. This needs to be fixed.
Praying that this gets resolved for Jason. No seller should ever have to go through something like this. His business was just taken away in a blink of an eye and that’s just not right. He’s always been hardworking and upfront about his business. Help him resolve this so he can get his business back on track!
Just met him not too long ago. It sucks that Amazon can just take sellers out like this. If it was for all sellers that would be one thing, but the fact they seem to just be randomly picking out people is not fair. This only makes selling on Amazon much more risky and will hurt their seller base long term. Amazon should give him his account back.
I'm in the same boat as Jason. It's a really bad situation. They have given no information as to why this has happened nor the ability/opportunity to even provide documentation/proof to try and resolve it. Really hoping this gets resolved asap!

This situation is so ridiculous. Amazon needs to do better and treat their selling "partners" right. Hard working, honest, people like Jason are getting their businesses destroyed over night with no recourse, no warning, and no path forward.
Crazy they can take away your business for no reason… it’s not right I know Jason personally and he worked super hard on scaling on Amazon and he’s a good dude. Amazon you need to reinstate his account he did nothing wrong!

Amazon is destroying small businesses. I’m an amazon seller and I have taken a break for the last 6 months because I’m fearful they will take me out without warning. I’ll probably continue to sell on the platform but I will only send in a fraction of inventory that I could.
hope this gets resolved ASAP. Feel bad for Jason and all other sellers in the same position. Poor guy, hope he's good 🤙

Absolutely. Walmart is a viable competitor now and this just closes the gap between the two even more.

From experience I can tell you, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Converse, and UA. Also know that Lego, oral b, Milwaukee, and more were in it.
I know Jason he’s a really young and hard worker. This has really been hurting his business and he needs help getting it back!
