- The Swiss Peace Summit has ended without a clear outcome and the attendees are saying that the "way forward is uncertain". President Zelensky tried to rally up as much support as he could, but in the end it was clear from the beginning that this summit was going to fail.

@@Sebastian_Sas In fact, Ukrainians have established an Institute of National History several years ago, and it's main achievement was a "scientific" conclusion that there is no such thing as Russia! Instead, this country should be a lot smaller and called "Moscovia", whereas Ukraine (which in russian language means "Outskirts") should be called "Rus" (an ancient name of Russia). No joke!

That summit failed before it even started. It's quite obvious, you cannot have one of the protagonists being excluded from the talks. The west are getting crazier and desperate by the day. Until they become honest and start respecting Russia, the west should forget about peace talks. This particular summit was nothing but a sham.
What summit? It is a clown world we inhabit.
World is fine, humanity is fine, its all just the aryan supremacist west.
War simply so Germany does not get cheap energy. Germany getting to close to Russia so the US decided the war should take place. Now Europe reliant on the US for imported energy.

It's so ironic how you can achieve peace between two parties when you invite one party to the peace meeting and refuse to invite the other party. It's like saying you can give someone a haircut in the absence of the person.

All the Summit achieved was for Zelensky to be pumped full of hot air. He was there to ask for more support (money and weapons) and never for peace.

This summit accomplished nothing of consequence. Putin made an offer and Zelensky rejected it (again). The divide between Zelensky and Putin is too wide to negotiate when there is no wiggle room. Like the US occupation of Japan and South Korea, victory by one side or the other will determine the conditions for peace. Putin will soldier on and the next objective will probably be Kiev and who knows, the all of Ukraine, even though most think Putin will not move further west. Ukraine will become a neutral buffer zone like the area between North and South Korea. The way European economies are spiraling down, there will be changes in their governments before year end and maybe a more pragmatic approach with Russia can prevail. The current puppets that lead the EU, UK, France, and Germany are destined to be replaced.
Zelensky has no rights to sign any papers. Hes nobody.
Smple as A, B, C. When we play badminton, football, basketball etc., we require 2 teams. Wake up Zenlensky. Do not make a joker and beggar out of yourself!!! Do not drag the world into WW3.

Thank you for your efforts to analyze this event. The sad thing is that these participants were somehow sent to Switzerland as delegates. In our democracy we elect representatives with that quality. What are our delegates doing in that luxurious resort Bürgenstock in Switzerland while the real heroes are being bombed on the battlefield.
The chance that this conflict will end without having to go through further dramatic developments is extremely small. We can already draw up the balance without knowing the final outcome. Volodymyr Zelensky is waging this modern war in his own way. He is the co-author of this story. He has knowingly and willingly written the script and he is also executing it. He has concreted in a law "the njet" to negotiate with Moscow. Our Western world has once again put on a sham.
Not all was lost, attendees had the opportunity to taste chocolate and cheese fondue...

I dont think Russia present needed for peace talk in Switzerland. The content of meeting is non valid since they talked peace but ukraine is showered with weapon of war, Shouldn't they talk about security concern of Russia that brought the turmoil of war of today?. Why no mentioned of nato abolishment or at the least the need to STOP nato expansion to the east at all?. If abolishment of nato is so hard then turn it to nato+ where all countries must join nato including Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea.
This is a great analysis. What pisses me off the most - they blame Russia for speaking in ultimatums instead of offering their own counter-proposal. I mean, are they not diplomats? If your opponent starts speaking about conditions, it is your open invitation to bargain.
