No, for custom quests at outlines dont necessarily mean actual at monsters. Mods will also not add new armor sets unless something something modifying the save file.

Oh no i just find it funny the range of comments i get about my layered armor, its not actually a milkman cosplay but the previous comment i got about my layered called it that lol prior ive been called white mario, ror2 captain alt skin, bootleg jotaro, etc
