i live in Bella Vista. It is located perfectly for NW Arkansas. Very peaceful but close to Bentonville and Rogers. Spread out and not congested like a City. They do have a POA FEE. There should be more restaurants of choice, but the city has held back on that. Watch the water use, the city buys water from Bentonville so it can get costly with high use.

"Bella Vista" is a Spanish name (Beautful View), and in Spanish the double L is pronounce like the "G" in the word "gentleman". 😮
My friend… Depending on Where in the world you are coming from there are four different variations I know of on how to pronounce the double L. Spain is different than Argentina, which is different than Mexico… And so on… Lol. I was taught to pronounce the double L like the letter Y in English. Thanks for chiming in… Spanish is my second language and always open to learning. thanks for watching

@@bking12762 Yep. He is wrong. Bella vista. In mexico double LL is a y sound not an L. Bella Vista as he says is an American version. Just as in California for example when they say Vallejo. Its really Vayejo sounding. Bella Vista should sound like Beya Vista from Mexico . In Argentina the double ll is more like an s sounding. In Spain double ll a G sound.

Don't move to BV - we live here (planning to leave) and the #1 reason why people leave is because of the POA. Do yourself a HUGE favor and move to another NWA city.
