She also touches everybody within reach ...which imo disrespects their body boundaries, suggesting an intimacy with them that doesn't really exist. It seems like an over expression of warmth. With Harry she is positively clingy.
The touching is a form of taking control as she is extremely controlling. Pushy people like her with a (fake) grin always plastered on their kisser are hard to refuse, so they always call the shots.

That seal clap is something she has always done when she is not the centre of attention. First time I saw her do it was at the 2014 USO Christmas concert when she was ostracised by the group on stage. Boy, I just watched that again, they really disliked her.

A few minutes earlier, during this folcloric performance, Harry was seated with Meghan on his right, but ON HIS LEFT this beautiful female interpreter was seated (she was wearing green trousers). And Harry, in my eyes, seemed to ENJOY HER PRESENCE very much!. At one point he even put his arm around this womans backrest for a short time (until some aid came and probably told him to stop that). To me, Meghan was very aware of the positive vibes going back and forth to her left and she appeared very uncomfortable (for various reasons).
