My understanding of Leon's views is that : Leon as a business man will think that putting all his money in properties may not wise choice as the earnings or yields from property inflation is slower than investments or in business. He probably will only buy some properties in Hongkong and rent house in China or stay in China hotel. No Point spending large money buying an expensive house in shanghai since he wont stay there often. Renting is easier. Can change venue easily also. He rather put more money in business investment instead. For non business people or without much investment knowledge like us, rent house if buying one is not within your mean. Dun hv to insist to buy a house to get married and couple become unhappy, property slavery. Rent a house and be happy and use money to do other things . After u save enough and have the ability, then can consider buying a house as an investment. Life will be happier this way.
我好欣賞 黎明 是他高尚的人格，2016年黎明演唱會發生問題，當時 Leon 頻頻出嚟道歉同交代，尤其是那一句說 ："請不要再說政府部門不對，係我哋做錯咗。" 這句說話我覺得好震撼，他的情操高尚，和處事能力之卓悅 , 絕不會推卸責任，將事情搞得清清楚楚。他處理事情行動快速，事理分明，得到好多香港人嘅讚嘆和欣賞，Leon 是我們的驕傲。😜✌

黎生不但吸收左中國南北文化，又曾去英國，知西方文化……佢講買樓那段，有啱有吾啱……啱就系佢其實諷刺現今後生仔女急於求成，冇錢就應該先租下樓儲下錢再諗置業，或者吾好局限一地，用d錢多d去下外地見識下……而吾啱的地方系佢根本吾知香港人住屋幾甘難，員樓不僅安穩保障，而且長遠而言系資產財富大幅增值唯一方法
