Whoopi was phenomenal as always and I thoroughly enjoyed the Magician 💫 But the story you shared about Ryan Gosling asking and receiving an autograph from the Legendary Angela Bassett really touched me! Before Ryan told the details of their meeting, I remembered how nice Angela Bassett was when I met her a long time ago. When Ryan told the details of when and where he met Angela Bassett, I jumped out of my bed with excitement!! I worked at MGM studios when Angela Bassett and Sinbad were there both promoting their movies! I almost got in trouble breaking the rules making sure that I was in the waiting area for the 3 pm parade Angela had to do! She was super nice and generous! She actually gave me two tickets to the premiere of WLGTDWI☺️ Later at the theater, I ran into her and Sinbad! Angela Bassett even autographed my ticket!! Thank you so much for your everyday amazing ability to bring smiles to so many people 💖💖💖☺️☺️☺️

Thanks for being such a role model to follow. When I found out that you were the woman behind the character Celie on the Color Purple I became empowered by the degrading of your image. I was called that character to hurt me, but when I learned how rich and powerful you were I made the taunt work to my advantage. I would rebuttal yep I'm Celie and I'm rich and famous. Thanks

The way Sherri speaks about Whoopi is motivating and makes me endear both her and Whoopi that much more. I could listen to whoopi and sherri chat all day, their dynamic is powerful and I want to hear all the nuggets of wisdom whoopi has to share while watching sherri soak it in right along with us. I may have to go pick up the book to hear the bits and pieces her mother shared to create the resolute woman we have before us

Wow!! What an interview that was.I love Whoopi Goldberg and I have since her one woman show in the 1980s. She's beautiful and 100%.You can definitely tell that Sherri loves her.That was a very touching moment.They are very close and they have a mutual love and respect for one another❤❤❤
I know what Sherry means about wanting to fight a celebrity about being mean to your child. Tommy Lasorda blew my son off 30 years ago when he asked for an autograph and hurt his feelings. I still want to fight him even though he died three years ago.
Brenda…My child asked Tony Randall for an autograph, and he was very annoyed and tapped his foot, but gave her the autograph anyway. That happened a long time ago, and I still can’t believe Tony Randall was so mean to an 11 year old. Anyway, after Tony and his wife walked away, my daughter and I ripped up his autograph and threw it into the garbage.
