"Hello friends, family and other creatures of the sea" - I love that opening. Always will. Its very funny because creatures of the sea cant watch you youtube. Anyway its very Harstem. Also love the cheese videos.
Technically SC2 does have exp points (for the profile level per race) and I do believe that killing your own unit does deny the exp it would give to the enemy player.
Harstem could you try using the mod that some recent tournaments have been using where they show where each player's screen is on the minimap? Always nice to see where the pros are spending their focus.
Does anyone know how it is with the anti-armor spell of the raven? I think I once saw someone try to kill his own unit to prevent the spell from going of, but I don't quite remember
@@smeargollum1553 If you blink away from it you can dodge it from tracking but actually it'll hit the spot it was going to hit anyways even without the units there, so if you have units who walk into the AOE they'll get armor reduced too.
Did anyone notice Harstem use the subjunctive correctly? “If a dark shrine were to go down…” I don’t know if this is actually new. I was just reflecting on Rotti and noticing the usage of ‘would’ in places when ‘were’ would have been the “correct” to go. Okay sorry for the nonsequitor.
Skillous losing all carriers while attacking Nexus probably wouldn't have happened without the previous constant heavy pressure, Reynor played like Hero vs Terran lol. Epic, hope he sticks with toss
Harstem, I love watching you play StarCraft, what do you think about an early 2 medivac drop with ghosts and mines using mines to zone while you drop a nuke on their supply? just wondering because nukes make for great games and we never see any early ghost play thanks.
Unbelievable how inefficient Reynors trades were and he still won. Skillous race really couldn't keep up economically and Reynor's swarmy units were just too good, there is no counter play against that. Reynors race really needs to be nerved and Skillous race definitely needs a buff imo.
why would u not get any armor upgrades in a 20min game when the enemy is using constantly mass zealot? like rly? also he would have won the game if he recalled with the MS when he used time warp instead

What do you mean?...I Identify as a creature of the sea. And I watch UA-cam.
When lowko did it last week, I got super confused for a moment 😂

Well... Actually he's not greeting any of us. He's greeting his family and friends who happens to live in the sea along other "creatures"
Much more inclusive than that bigot ReviewBrah's "Well Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Everyone watching".

worth
"Deny your own units" Is that the new "beating grandmasters with stupid stuff"? 😃
Great commentary as always. Thanks captain.
This fight where Skillous is focusing a nexus without a mineral field around it and his expensive army is dying was very sad.
That point where it was 24 army (Reynor) vs. 126 army (Skillous) :)

thank you for casting this captain, haven't seen such a unique PvP in a while
Another great video Captain, Reynor playing like an absolute madman!
So nice to see Reynor embracing the light of the Khala
"I don't think we'll see denying your own units as a skill in stacraft 2" - if you deny your unit while a broodling is mid-air, does it still spawn?
Does anyone know how it is with the anti-armor spell of the raven? I think I once saw someone try to kill his own unit to prevent the spell from going of, but I don't quite remember
Iiirc no the brooding returns

@@no3ironman11100 ah, I see. Thx for the answer
Reynor plays Protoss like it's SC1.
lol this
also, i think he's doing the pvz build
@@joshuaxiong8377 agreed, PvP in SC1 is rock paper scissors, and the game usually ends on two bases.
@@mowerds33 lol I didnt fall asleep watching so its not like SC1 tho
Reynor teaching toss players how to play their race
someone has to, since they can't figure it out themselves
I love the gateways where you would usually build a reaper wall that have a pylon and like 2 blocks between that and the gateways.
My opinion of who was winning and losing changed so many times. Very volatile game for sure.

At this rate Reynor might be best first legit player who plays random at tournaments.
That was awesome. SC2: we're still so early
im wondering if Hero and Reynor are practicing together
Gatewayman take me by the hand

If you get ghosts medivacs and mines early theyll take their army across the map and kill you
BGMWSS
Reynor using alpha Star's army comp 🤣🤣
reynor teaching protoss players how to control their units.
Actual swarm style would include avoiding any unit that can shoot up.
commenting to root for Reynor, the funny coach-man
13:08 16 army vs. 118
19:56 that’s a big what?
How in the world did Reynor win this? So many huge fights lost by him, yet he won
I will give it a shot I like Zerg more tho
Got a strong feeling Skillous was trolling. Even Harstem couldn't stop pointing out his multiple mistakes.
A guy who won't make anything but zealot stalker and he refuses to build immortals, colossi or disruptors.
@@jerubaal101 also not getting ground armor vs 200 zealots was a huge f up
Now we just need to see Terran played like zerg
Stukov
marine
Does anybody off-race into Zerg? Or is it too difficult?
Heromarine used to play a decent amount of zerg to warm up
@@clee89 I'm sure they all dabble in zerg, but don't dare play it in their money matches. practicing in it gives you insight on battling against it.
If it wasn't for Reynor I wouldn't watch this PvP haha

For a guy named “skill”ous, what a poor micro
poor decisions too, not getting armor vs 200 zealots...
