Why did all my designs disappear from my Embroidery Link app.? Has anyone else had this problem? My daughter tried to check the cloud, but could not find anything regarding iCloud. Thank you

I have the MC 15000. When I search for the Quilt Block Advisor app, I get the global site and my machine isn't listed. Will it still work for the MC15000??

@@JanomeJAI OK I was confused since Anne mentioned it was compatible a couple of times in her video and that it came with the 15000. I was wondering why I didn't get it when I purchased my 15000. thx.

Mi am so frustrated with the software to run my CM17 embroidery machine. So much more difficult than running a brother luminaire . I don’t know who it has to be so difficult 😞
