build-in microphone and webcame should be of good quality. laptops now come with 2 or three microphone.

should be stiff enough

not much use of C.D drive.
there should be atleast one usb type c port
there should be three usb type A from which one should be usb 3.0 fast to tranfer the data fast
lastly hdmi port
• speakers(audio/vedio)
sound quality of the speakers should be good and loud enough as well as audio quality

there should be wifi 5 and
bluetooth 5.0 atleast

intel processor are good but they are stable for a long time. if going for intel processor go for the latest nm.intel is more expensive then ryzan becuz it more stable
ryzan base laptops have heating issues but powerful and faster then intel. ryzan processor are cheaper than intel
ryzan base processor are good if not in very heavy use
• RAM
it should be atleast 8GB ram or more depending on ur budget
• graphics card
normal integrated without dedicated graphics card is enough for normal office or personal use. until you don't use it for heavy editing or gaming purpose
• upgradibility
if u wanna change your 8gb laptop to 16gb the ram should not be solded there should be an extra slot so that we can remove the 8gb ram and make it 16 gb
• service center
service center of the brand u r purchasing should be available on your areas.
warranty should be of one year atleast
