As far I remember in mid 70s that time I was teenager use to dream and wanted to have a ride of the very legendary models of all four Japanese bikes as going through buying American published bike magazines mainly named 'Cycle' use to cost Rs 9/-only use to be available two or three weeks later form the published month,I use to travel 400kms to Kolkata to get the latest issue of the magazines as I regularly use to visit in the weekends.That time in the city use to be seen full of so called that time imported bikes at streets of Kolkata more than Bullets andJawa/Yezdis & Rajdoots.Now to the actual matter about tuning the multiple Carburetor set up of bike either twin/four or six cylinder engine of a bike.In many models it was common to see a Carburetor per Cylinder in 70s.That time in India no turning apparatus for bikes were available in the market.I may be wrong.But if it was available or used in racing bikes and cars in Madras by race techncians.In most of the workshops or mechanics never use to know about the Carburetor tuning apparatus consists of dials and connector pipes came fitted in a box as disccused with them. As the carburetor tuning apparatus advertisements were published in the above mentioned bike magazines, of different types and models for twin& four carburetors having analog meters according to number of carburetors set up in the engine.Most of the veteran mechanic use to tune or as present day so called terms used synchronization of the multiple carburetor carried out by their experience.They only, by putting their palm on the outlet of the exaust pipe having the feel the thrust of the running engine,by adjusting Idling and Fuel mixture screws and also the amount of density of smoke and overall vibrations on the bike.But now at present days new generation mechanics have learned in a different way. There require proper tools for most of the jobs.Many morden tools are now available in India.But for carburetor tuning as itself has become outdated according to the developed technologies but it can be some where could be available. In my view it may be very hard to find this multiple carburetor tuning apparatus or if by chance be available could be very expensive,either may through import-line paying heavy custom duty or from the various type of vendors.Finally I must appreciate and say many thanks for making very simple Carburetor syncronzer apparatus so that any one make and use it for their multiple carbureted engine As these bikes are made out from restoration work and for occasional ride as for the purpose to preserve the heritage of Indian motorcycles.
The 2 Stroke GUY rd doesn’t come with a power box. People do install boost bottles, the simplest way is to install crossover tube, which is what I have done.
Kamalakar Madan this was procured from China these are 33mm replicas, the jets and needles came standard. The company that sells these carbs have put the jets such that it’s tuned for MSL. I didn’t note down the size of the jets but there is a video I did on taking apart these carbs. Take a look at that video, you might get the information you need

@@almarqzubergove5451 the acronym is TDC not tdci, tdci is the diesel variant of the Ford Fiesta/ Figo, since modern ignitions come with a key slot the magnet is fires at a particular position of the crank, advancing and retarding ignition can be done by moving the stator coil counter clockwise or clockwise.

Si there any hose betwen the carburetors? I want yo install pwk 21 in a Suzuki gt125 and the original carburetors are conectes by a hose
You won’t be able to connect the stock hose, you will have to rely on pod filters
Where is the power box in rd

It will work if you do it on a 200 cc crank, if the crank is to be welded then it’s a bad idea
