Love the Haunted Mansion lunch as well. I'm a huge Haunted Mansion fan, we live in Florida about 2 hours from Disney World, so its one of my favorite rides. I have Haunted Mansion ears I love to wear when we go to the park. Thank you for sharing such fun lunches! I have adult kids, but still its fun to make some fun lunches even for myself sometimes!
