Hey thanks! Palm trees are in the virtual workshop in the Creation Club, and the neon signs/lettering are from Vault Tec DLC and Neon Flats in the Creation Club.

They can both be found in the decorations section of the workshop as displays. Sadly the power armor display doesn't actually work as a station, it just looks nice.

I appreciate that! Mostly from the Vault Tec DLC. And yes, you have to complete the DLC questline to unlock vault items in all settlements.

No problem at all! The half glass walls are in the warehouse category - part of the Contraptions Workshop DLC.

Yea it’s in the center and he put his water purifiers over it and covered it really well with a power/lab looking building
If you scrap the radioactive barrels on construction mode the radiation disappears...
And I thought my settlements were cool..

There are more beds than settlers in this settlement. 34 beds total. And I'm on console.

I'd say he used the build limit glitch, just scrap weapons brought into your settlement and you can build as much as you like
