Partly agree on this one. Yes, more dominant higher tempo drum'n'beat would fit better in "combat chase" scenarios, but the track itself and it's trance-y vibe suites well into the Mirror's Edge's futuristic universe, IMO. All in all, well done here. :)
Hm. Not really chase music. Puzzle or ambiance. I can sure imagine myself running on arland playing this music on Mirror's Edge 1. Mirror's Edge 2 tho'...I really need more info on that. It's been around 4 months.
Mr.Cake I run the first one with CrossOver, but I'm not sure how well it will run the new one. I don't give it too much thought though because I'm obsessed enough with Mirror's Edge that I'll probably buy an Xbox One or an expensive Windows PC just for this game.
joaz lazer 1 port is only on that new piece of shit. I actually got bootcamp on my 2014 iMac, Intel i5, 2.7 GHz (turbo boost to 3.1 GHz), Intel Iris Pro Graphics, 1TB Fusion Drive... not that great, but i couldn't believe how much Mirror's Edge in its native OS compares against forcing it to run in the Mac OS. In the Mac OS, I was getting 20-30fps average on low graphics, 1600x900 resolution, LiveSplit didn't work, use slide didn't work with down movements, and I would constantly get terrible lag spikes. Running it in Windows 8.1 now makes it so that I can run 1920x1080 at 62fps, no lag spikes (with very few small exceptions, nothing is major), graphics on medium (it can run high at 62fps but I stream a lot and frames go down to 40-50 on high when I stream), LiveSplit works wonderfully, and use slide works with down movements... and my loads improved so much, even when streaming. When you bootcamp, your Mac just because an overpriced PC. People often bash on Apple for their value, and I wholeheartedly agree, but some of the specs aren't as bad as you think.
Its pretty good, and its your style but...its too calm and Trance-y for a Chase theme.
Needs a bit more DnB

Agree, this would be better as a "Puzzle" track.

+Mr.Cake According to an engine dev, Macs don't keep their OpenGL drivers well-supported.
