Just a tip since ya struggled routin that wire through the stator. Next time just fish an already semi-cinched up long and stought enough zip-tie through the case first, slip your ends through and cinch it the rest of the way. Then just pull it through the hole with one hand while makin room with the other. That is all, young Padawan.

Where do the brown wires come from
One Brown Wire, and it comes from the top main Generator Shunt Coil.
I did this exact same thing, and it still won’t weld or create aux power. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it
So the 2 wires bolted together are the wires that you would test the resistance on to see if the exciter coils are bad?
