They are right about the system being set up to keep the black man down. But are wrong about their interpretation of that scripture. God wasn't talking about the white man. But was talking to Israel. Read a couple of verses before that veres. 2nd Esdras 14th chapter 28th through the 35th verse. God said hear o Israel. And talked about how there fathers had received the law of life and kept not. And you fathers and ye yourselves,have done unrighteousness and have not kept the ways that the highest commanded you. That's why when he was saying that if you would subdue your own understanding and reform your hearts. And the word subdue means to overcome or to bring under control. So saying that if you would lean to to your own understanding. And keep word. So he was talking to Israel and it had nothing to do with the white man. But Israel disobeying God. To God Be The Glory.
