I heard another teacher on UA-cam say that fallen angels had to drink human blood to have the ability to take on human form. Assuming that the fallen angels committed murder, and took on the body form of their victim, that would explain where vampirism came from. Also, it would explain the blood sacrifices some races practiced.
God gave them the names but many people gave the names, like prince of evil or satan, to other demons because they didn’t know their names. Also demons are lairs satan is probably the boss but many demons have the bad characteristics of men and one of those bad characteristics is clout chasing lol. Check out "The Lesser Key Of Solomon". There are videos on here that are audiobooks and tells the story of how God gifted Solomon a ring, which was used to bind demons, to build a temple for him. He made each one reveal their names and what sin they are/what sin they manipulate people to commit, how many legions they run, and more. It's definitely a good story to check out. There are several channels that have this story, but I just chose one that was a longer video and had good imagery to make the story "pop" more.
Belial sounds like an abstract construct that eventually got an assignment to a living entity by an acknowledged biblical personage and just went from there as being someone, not something, in scripture. Sort of like the Portuguese generalizing woman or femininity as simply "Maria" in songs and poetry, as Mary symbolizes the highest purity and nobility of her gender.

Simply thinking of them as material aliens rather than mystical immaterial beings makes them make more sense. The issue is, if these beings exist, modern interpretations do not even closely resemble the truly horrific sounding appearances of even the most benevolent of these beings. Imagine you are approached by a giant as big as a mountain or a being with four faces. A minor example of one trait of two different angels of ancient description. It gets much scarier, and those are the good guys... the angels who fell have twisted forms astray from their original true form they can never take again. I think most of you have illogical misconceptions. Why does an alien have to make more sense than Angels? Is it because you don't WANT to believe in a creator. To me, space travel makes less sense than an immaterial celestial being. There is simply no way to propel oneself upon exiting the atmosphere(atleast not fast enough) and slowing down at lightspeed is an even more impossible. This is pure physics. The lion, bear, leopard and dragon: the leopard being four faced and four winged, whereas upon studying this translation was a symbol of a kingdom to come, that which is Greece(Macedonia), led by Alexander the Great nearly a thousand years later(evidence the Bible isn't just some mythical book, whether you believe in a creator or not. This was among the other four beast or kingdoms that indeed came true). The four wings symbolized the speed to which each kingdom spread and the faces are representative of the Greek kingdoms themselves. To keep this short, your 4 faced angel was seen in that likeness because immaterial angels manifest materially into the image of the power which they have been given. The Angel you speak of likely had jurisdiction and responsibility to the "four corners" of the earth.

From my studies i found that Belial was a spirit where it's followers drink and get drunken, drinking or drunkenness is a sign of worship to this fallen angel, if I am not mistaken.
That's men who ascribed their sins to demons. There are no demons who attack through categories like these. They hit in worse ways. Drunkenness is just a sign of someone weak towards drink.

"Worthless" is an inverted term for "Negative Virtue". [Virtue] is Heavens currency. We each have 3 virtue banks. Health, relationships and finances. These are represented with flowers. It’s really coming together really well. So I’ve been reading and listening/watching Biblical documentaries and I’m sitting outside of church thinking to myself…. Why couldn’t they have taught the Bible in church(including Bible studies, retreats, etc) to include all of this. The behind the scenes part if you will. Attach these real demons and angels and bring to life the words people are already struggle reading. And even understanding. Because i believe people truly know their sins. When they do it, how, just everything because you sincerely do feel or think “I shouldn’t do this. Or if people see me…you know? Just learning the history of the Bible and everyone and everything in it, you began to recall verses or read the Bible and understand it differently. At least for me. It kind of struck me as the name would be related to the verb “belie,” but I find that unlike “deny” is to “denial,” there is not likely a dictionary word-usage this way... however it still feels relevant to the word usage of what is is to “belie.”

Every sin is a form of lie (against truth about objective structure of reality) and the prime evils in Diablo represents one of the main sins. So it doesn't make sense from teleological point of view. From teological point of view, biblical Satan is the lord of lies, because he's basically the father of all sins. So, if Belial is the Lord of Lies in Diablo then he should be considered prime evil.
@@felmaster3534 Yeah, but sins itself are types of lies. Not literally lies, like deception, but lies against "the rules" of prime objective reality. Lies against prime creation itself. Often demons are representations of sins because that's why they're - something that manifest as corruption of prime objective reality which shouldn't be part of it, hence is a lie as violation of rules that are foundation of it (truth). And by the way, in Dante's Inferno, the worst sin (ultimate sin) is treachery. Treachery is like form ultimate lie which is foundation of all other sins. To sin is to basically betray and turn against the truth about objective reality and to extend - yourself (as living being is product of objective reality, so betraying it is betraying oneself) and worship that which is corruption of truth (lie). Also, lie is not defined in christian theology as strict opposite to truth, but corruption of truth. Anyway, there are lots of games that are heavily inspired by religion stuff, especially christian religion, but they often just put it in quite lazy without second thought.
@@Arthass542 Belial represents the literal form of lie, the opposition of truth. And it is in lore that Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, taught him how to better use his powers of deception. It's just a case of power level than the actual power they have: the Greater Evils are just more powerful as individuals than the Lesser Evils.

I am not sure about that considering in the bible that entity is called the the light bringer, son of dawn. helel ben shahar. Which was translated to Lucifer in latin... just so happens Lucifer was the name of a rival of the translator at the time.... Isaiah 14:12-15 for reference. But yeah was a super strange translation.
I think there's a lot of confusion over Lucifer and the other fallen angels to the point where it's become an almost monotheistic belief system in itself, in that many modern Abrahamic scholars just think of one dark Lord and not many. I think this video does an excellent job at explaining Balial, who is believed to be the other principal fallen angel alongside Lucifer.
On my last day of high school me and 3 friends met a angel or demon im sure what it was. In August 12,2000 my school had our sober grad night party for graduating seniors. It went from 9pm to 4am. There was lots of food, casino games and you won tickets for raffle prizes. Alot of parents,teachers,students. It finally ended and we were off to dropping each other off at home. I lived out in the country a few miles out of town. We were on a dark foggy country road, it was cold and there were no streetlights,total darkness and empty fields on both sides on this narrow road. In the headlights we saw a woman walking she had long dark hair,a white t shirt and jeans. She was holding her arms in front of her and was walking at a fast pace. She looked really creepy and we figured she was on drugs or something. It was past 4am. When we drove past her we slowed down and looked at her, it was not an old woman on drugs it was a young girl about 15 or 16 years old. She had a young face. We decided to go back and ask if she needed help ir was lost.. She said she was at a party and was trying to get back into town. I told her she was going the wrong way and would get lost. We offered her a ride to town as we were going anyway. She got in the back of the car and sat next to me. We asked about the party she went to, she said she went to our school but we never seen her and we didnt recognize the names of her friends. My towns population was only 11,000 and we all had older and younger brothers,sisters,cousins so we were confused we didnt know any of her friends. My friend noticed she was holding a can of budweiser beer in her lap. My friend asked where she got it and mentioned he hasnt seen a can that old since he was 8 years old. I looked and was shocked when i saw this old beer can. She said her friend at the party gave it to her. We reach a gas station and I get out so she can too. We dont speak to her but I am watching her. She doesnt go to the gas station pay phone or even look at it. She walks towards and old factory across the street that was fenced and locked. I yell at my friends to look at her and she vanished in front of all our eyes.

Probably because they use different names when referring to angels and it's never consistent. Supernatural had Abbadon aka Don (go figure), which would fit this description, even though the angels and demons on that show were flawed and corny.

I think that term depicts the character and conduct of the sons of Eli (like Christ saying the pharisees were of their father, the devil). Otherwise, the bloodline/lineage was that of their father, being bloodline follows the father's side. That's why fallen watchers (there's the intial fall of ⅓ of angels during the rebellion and there's this 'fall' rather descent, because they left their post to lust after woman) took form of man, to father hybrid (a new) bloodline.

I'm so in love with your Angels & Demons and the Biblical Stories series! I've been trying to take courses or find books about both topics for a long time but I'm not exactly sure where to look.... I'm looking at online options, since the way college works in my country we cannot take individual courses on topics we are interested in, so there's no Religion, Mythology, or related "subjects" we can tackle... Can you point me in any direction? (I DID take a look at The Great Courses, that's my main option at the moment)
The Bible talks of the Fallen Angels and even mentions the Nephilim. The Book of Enoch, although non-canonical, Sheds light on the first group of Fallen angels that help start the flood. A lot of this Demonology is actually ant-Christ...even reading some it's 'old' books or fragments. Start with the Bible, especially if your not saved by Jesus Christ. After all, this man said Ironically called these studies called rabbit holes....some you may never climb back out.

A quick bit of research, Belial is just the devil, or more accurately, the devil is just Belial + any other great evil they can shoehorn him into Tathamet is likely based on Tiamat which is actually closer to what I assume I was thinking, which was less literal and more simply a religious evolution. I encountered one, my cousin got involved with these coke heads normal people would never know what's truly going on but he moved up with them people extremely fast, sold dope out of a black box. It was like they were grooming him he came back from their house calling his supplier "uncle D" and there was another black man D used to call his brother but he called him "uncle T". Now my cousin got my other two roommates involved in that business I told em leave me da fuck out of it. But one day my brother lost his mind and left, found him dead that night and I learned he was dead when I filed the missing persons report cause they had already found him. The black man the one my cousin called "uncle T" could do things he always said he had something with him but he wouldn't talking bout no iron, he could do things like tell people think of a number then repeat it back to them neat party trick and when he'd shown me this at D's one night I thought that was the extent of it. Well after my cousin died I was at the house mourning and my two roommates let that man in my house but they had that man come talk to me and he started channeling something very evil talking like fallen angels telling me my cousin left a lot behind for me and he was flying high and I need to let him watch over me, all I kept telling him was "yes he did a lot he will be remembered" this did not make him happy, they wanted me to take up the mantle and sell dope for them to, anytime they pressed it I said nah I don't want that, when they couldn't talk me into it they started threatening me saying things like imagine a pistol put to your chin blap AAHHH AHH and such and I was silent, he mentioned a lot time is valuable, I said look T I don't want no trouble and it seemed he snapped out of it T would snap out of it from time to time and be the sweet black man he was known as and he told me "oh don't mind that B when I get like that I'm just talking shit" but then he'd get right back at it and they knew I knew what they were doing T kept saying "I knew this was a waste of time I told D I'd take it easy on you but I told him TO HELL WITH YOU" he asked me all things considered if I died that night would I go to heaven so I told them "uuhhh ya" and when they could not turn me T said "oh this is not a waste of my time, you are rare you are divergent" I don't know what that means don't care fallen angels are truly malicious and I never wanted to meet one. I remember saying the our father in my head asking for courage to ask them to leave and I gave no indication to them to let them no I was praying but T said oh ya long ago I used to pray. I was hurting that night because I was mourning for my dead cousin and I found out the worst way possible what him and my roommates had truly gotten involved with. I was praying still and I remember feeling the holy spirit my ears rang, and my roommates had already gone in. T kept telling me just say it so I said I don't want the devil in this house no more and just like that he up and left and on his way out told me you can still kick them out so I asked the others to leave and one of my roommates grabbed a bag and before he left stood in the middle my kitchen I said go, but like T told me he said just say it so I said uhh OK in Jesus name get out, he put a hand over one of his eyes and left. I gave God my word that night if I lived I would never mess with dope again. I don't know where this teaching that you gain power over a demon by speaking its name originated. The bible says nothing about naming demons when it describes casting out a demon except In the case of " legion" because they were many. The first century church emphasized that their authority came from using the name of Jesus, not the enemy.
The practice is a clue to their origins. ie they were gods in other cultures. Gods named by their priests and venerated with worship. But here named as demons by the Israelites and Christians they are relegated to mere pests under their one god. The Israelites who penned the Tanakh were the original masters of cultural appropriation, and they did so on the most epic scale I have seen in ancient history and religion.
@Henry Benjamin Stoneking You are making a pile of assumptions that are in no way common sense. They may be common to Catholic theology but they aren’t common sense. Why would you have to name the demon to expose it? Every demoniac mentioned in the Bible is described as a demoniac prior to Jesus or the disciples meeting the person. The fact that the person has a demon is already exposed. The existence of a hierarchical governance among demons wouldn’t have an effect on how the demon is driven out. Presumably all the demons need driven out and not just the head demon, does it matter if you start at the bottom and work your way up or start at the top? If you start at the top and take out the head demon do they all leave it does another demon just step up and fill it’s place? There is no direct requirement in the scripture or indication that a demon’s name need be or even should be learned or uttered by anyone who isn’t Jesus. If you took an atheist and gave them the applicable Biblical passages they would not come to the conclusion that the demon needs identified to be exorcised. What you are describing isn’t common sense at all, it is founded on 2000 years of Catholic tradition and teaching which is fine, but it’s not common sense from a reading of the scripture. Only 16% of the World is Catholic so the church’s traditions and doctrines certainly wouldn’t be considered common sense unless you live in Vatican City.

Frankly my money is on the Orthodox since they are credited with far less genocide and pedophilia than the Catholics. Around 6 months ago, I was prompted to look into the original founder of the Plymouth Brethren, given that their most infamous offshoot is Alister Crowley, who arguably "fits the mould" for his own definitions of a "son of Belial". The chapter and verse in Deuteronomy 13:13 are not likely coincidental either, since the 13 is 'traditionally' understood to be the # of the rebellious. So it's not a stretch to check out his roots as the Self declared Beast. Turns out J.N. Darby is the founder, and his work influenced an American in the U.S. civil war who deserted the Confederacy and wound up as a Surgeon General for the Union, C.I. Scofield. Both of these men decided that the previous interpretations of the Scriptures were Incorrect, and the reason for the current levels of confusion and conflict between the older Protestant faiths stem from the activities of the Plymouth Brethren and their offshoots in Europe and the United States over the last nearly 200 years, giving the Secret Societies the opportunity to further lead men into Egoism and the murkiness that swirls around in a large number of 'less orthodox" 'modern' denominations, which are more about commercial success and a form of fraternity, than much to do with faith in the Creator or the Christ. Crowley wasn't an "offshoot" of the Plymouth Brethren, he rightly despised them for their ignorance and hypocrisy (which goes for the overwhelming majority of Christians also), not to mention that they were largely responsible for abuse that lead to his weakened immune system throughout his childhood. They're a sizeable portion of the reason he came to reject Christianity. He's not a "Son of Belial," and isn't associated with Darby and Scofield, or the number 13. He called himself, "To Mega Therion," the Great Beast in Greek, Mankind at his most liberated. When you read the Bible with a Christians eyes, you take it all literally and don't see or comprehend the spiritual (Kabbalic) metaphors that encompass nearly the entirety of the book, and thus we suffer with the plague of Fundamentalism even today. Only those with the understanding of the Occult can understand the clever spiritual metaphors of the Bible.

The depictions of Bel that I have seen tend to picture him (or her as Belili) having three stars above. The Stars of Creation are currently above the head of Capricorn (formerly over Aquarius one Precession ago ... Pisces two Precessions ago ...). I do believe it is *'Beh-LYLE'* ; is it not? As was pointed out there are many different ways of spelling the name, but the normally accepted pronunciation is as above.. it just jarred me that a few minutes in there was what I believe to be possibly an error and one that remains unchanged throughout. I heard another teacher on UA-cam say that fallen angels had to drink human blood to have the ability to take on human form. Assuming that the fallen angels committed murder, and took on the body form of their victim, that would explain where vampirism came from. Also, it would explain the blood sacrifices some races practiced.

Check out "The Lesser Key Of Solomon". There are videos on here that are audiobooks and tells the story of how God gifted Solomon a ring, which was used to bind demons, to build a temple for him. He made each one reveal their names and what sin they are/what sin they manipulate people to commit, how many legions they run, and more. It's definitely a good story to check out. There are several channels that have this story, but I just chose one that was a longer video and had good imagery to make the story "pop" more.

Belial sounds like an abstract construct that eventually got an assignment to a living entity by an acknowledged biblical personage and just went from there as being someone, not something, in scripture. Sort of like the Portuguese generalizing woman or femininity as simply "Maria" in songs and poetry, as Mary symbolizes the highest purity and nobility of her gender.

Simply thinking of them as material aliens rather than mystical immaterial beings makes them make more sense. The issue is, if these beings exist, modern interpretations do not even closely resemble the truly horrific sounding appearances of even the most benevolent of these beings. Imagine you are approached by a giant as big as a mountain or a being with four faces. A minor example of one trait of two different angels of ancient description. It gets much scarier, and those are the good guys... the angels who fell have twisted forms astray from their original true form they can never take again. Lucifer, as much as he hates you, still retains his beauty, but can take other forms, even apparently being able to appear to be God Himself. Today, no one would know which they faced if one were to ever reveal their self to humanity.

I think most of you have illogical misconceptions. Why does an alien have to make more sense than Angels? Is it because you don't WANT to believe in a creator. To me, space travel makes less sense than an immaterial celestial being. There is simply no way to propel oneself upon exiting the atmosphere(atleast not fast enough) and slowing down at lightspeed is an even more impossible. This is pure physics. That is much like us millennial, we love speaking on things on the internet we know NOTHING about, and leaving our opinion of true or false, right or wrong on it. That description of four faces has always been in alignment with 4kingdoms; or four directions(n,w,s,e). You can relate four faces to Daniel's dream about the four animals. The lion, bear, leopard and dragon: the leopard being four faced and four winged, whereas upon studying this translation was a symbol of a kingdom to come, that which is Greece(Macedonia), led by Alexander the Great nearly a thousand years later(evidence the Bible isn't just some mythical book, whether you believe in a creator or not. This was among the other four beast or kingdoms that indeed came true). The four wings symbolized the speed to which each kingdom spread and the faces are representative of the Greek kingdoms themselves.
To keep this short, your 4 faced angel was seen in that likeness because immaterial angels manifest materially into the image of the power which they have been given. The Angel you speak of likely had jurisdiction and responsibility to the "four corners" of the earth.

It kind of struck me as the name would be related to the verb “belie,” but I find that unlike “deny” is to “denial,” there is not likely a dictionary word-usage this way... however it still feels relevant to the word usage of what is is to “belie.”
In the Diablo series, Belial is the Lord of Lies, one of the seven Great Evils that rules over the Burning Hells. His region, the Realm of Lies, is a place where your senses cannot be counted on. Things seem safe at first, but soon twist and warp into something horrible. Soon you cannot tell truth from lie, and you're trapped forever. Belial himself was taught by Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, and has schemes within schemes to take power in Hell. But sometimes, even he can get wound up in them.
Every sin is a form of lie (against truth about objective structure of reality) and the prime evils in Diablo represents one of the main sins. So it doesn't make sense from teleological point of view. From teological point of view, biblical Satan is the lord of lies, because he's basically the father of all sins.
So, if Belial is the Lord of Lies in Diablo then he should be considered prime evil.

@@felmaster3534 Yeah, but sins itself are types of lies. Not literally lies, like deception, but lies against "the rules" of prime objective reality. Lies against prime creation itself. Often demons are representations of sins because that's why they're - something that manifest as corruption of prime objective reality which shouldn't be part of it, hence is a lie as violation of rules that are foundation of it (truth).
And by the way, in Dante's Inferno, the worst sin (ultimate sin) is treachery. Treachery is like form ultimate lie which is foundation of all other sins. To sin is to basically betray and turn against the truth about objective reality and to extend - yourself (as living being is product of objective reality, so betraying it is betraying oneself) and worship that which is corruption of truth (lie). Also, lie is not defined in christian theology as strict opposite to truth, but corruption of truth.
Anyway, there are lots of games that are heavily inspired by religion stuff, especially christian religion, but they often just put it in quite lazy without second thought.

It's just a case of power level than the actual power they have: the Greater Evils are just more powerful as individuals than the Lesser Evils.

I think there's a lot of confusion over Lucifer and the other fallen angels to the point where it's become an almost monotheistic belief system in itself, in that many modern Abrahamic scholars just think of one dark Lord and not many. I think this video does an excellent job at explaining Balial, who is believed to be the other principal fallen angel alongside Lucifer.

On my last day of high school me and 3 friends met a angel or demon im sure what it was.
In August 12,2000 my school had our sober grad night party for graduating seniors. It went from 9pm to 4am. There was lots of food, casino games and you won tickets for raffle prizes. Alot of parents,teachers,students.
It finally ended and we were off to dropping each other off at home. I lived out in the country a few miles out of town. We were on a dark foggy country road, it was cold and there were no streetlights,total darkness and empty fields on both sides on this narrow road.
In the headlights we saw a woman walking she had long dark hair,a white t shirt and jeans. She was holding her arms in front of her and was walking at a fast pace. She looked really creepy and we figured she was on drugs or something. It was past 4am.
When we drove past her we slowed down and looked at her, it was not an old woman on drugs it was a young girl about 15 or 16 years old. She had a young face. We decided to go back and ask if she needed help ir was lost..
She said she was at a party and was trying to get back into town. I told her she was going the wrong way and would get lost. We offered her a ride to town as we were going anyway. She got in the back of the car and sat next to me. We asked about the party she went to, she said she went to our school but we never seen her and we didnt recognize the names of her friends.
My towns population was only 11,000 and we all had older and younger brothers,sisters,cousins so we were confused we didnt know any of her friends. My friend noticed she was holding a can of budweiser beer in her lap. My friend asked where she got it and mentioned he hasnt seen a can that old since he was 8 years old. I looked and was shocked when i saw this old beer can.
She said her friend at the party gave it to her. We reach a gas station and I get out so she can too. We dont speak to her but I am watching her. She doesnt go to the gas station pay phone or even look at it. She walks towards and old factory across the street that was fenced and locked. I yell at my friends to look at her and she vanished in front of all our eyes.

I'm so in love with your Angels & Demons and the Biblical Stories series! I've been trying to take courses or find books about both topics for a long time but I'm not exactly sure where to look.... I'm looking at online options, since the way college works in my country we cannot take individual courses on topics we are interested in, so there's no Religion, Mythology, or related "subjects" we can tackle... Can you point me in any direction? (I DID take a look at The Great Courses, that's my main option at the moment)
The Bible talks of the Fallen Angels and even mentions the Nephilim. The Book of Enoch, although non-canonical, Sheds light on the first group of Fallen angels that help start the flood. A lot of this Demonology is actually ant-Christ...even reading some it's 'old' books or fragments. Start with the Bible, especially if your not saved by Jesus Christ. After all, this man said Ironically called these studies called rabbit holes....some you may never climb back out.
Check out Michael Heiser, he wrote some books about this subject. One is The Unseen Relm and Angeles and Demons and more.

I encountered one, my cousin got involved with these coke heads normal people would never know what's truly going on but he moved up with them people extremely fast, sold dope out of a black box. It was like they were grooming him he came back from their house calling his supplier "uncle D" and there was another black man D used to call his brother but he called him "uncle T". Now my cousin got my other two roommates involved in that business I told em leave me da fuck out of it. But one day my brother lost his mind and left, found him dead that night and I learned he was dead when I filed the missing persons report cause they had already found him. The black man the one my cousin called "uncle T" could do things he always said he had something with him but he wouldn't talking bout no iron, he could do things like tell people think of a number then repeat it back to them neat party trick and when he'd shown me this at D's one night I thought that was the extent of it. Well after my cousin died I was at the house mourning and my two roommates let that man in my house but they had that man come talk to me and he started channeling something very evil talking like fallen angels telling me my cousin left a lot behind for me and he was flying high and I need to let him watch over me, all I kept telling him was "yes he did a lot he will be remembered" this did not make him happy, they wanted me to take up the mantle and sell dope for them to, anytime they pressed it I said nah I don't want that, when they couldn't talk me into it they started threatening me saying things like imagine a pistol put to your chin blap AAHHH AHH and such and I was silent, he mentioned a lot time is valuable, I said look T I don't want no trouble and it seemed he snapped out of it T would snap out of it from time to time and be the sweet black man he was known as and he told me "oh don't mind that B when I get like that I'm just talking shit" but then he'd get right back at it and they knew I knew what they were doing T kept saying "I knew this was a waste of time I told D I'd take it easy on you but I told him TO HELL WITH YOU" he asked me all things considered if I died that night would I go to heaven so I told them "uuhhh ya" and when they could not turn me T said "oh this is not a waste of my time, you are rare you are divergent" I don't know what that means don't care fallen angels are truly malicious and I never wanted to meet one. I remember saying the our father in my head asking for courage to ask them to leave and I gave no indication to them to let them no I was praying but T said oh ya long ago I used to pray. I was hurting that night because I was mourning for my dead cousin and I found out the worst way possible what him and my roommates had truly gotten involved with. I was praying still and I remember feeling the holy spirit my ears rang, and my roommates had already gone in. T kept telling me just say it so I said I don't want the devil in this house no more and just like that he up and left and on his way out told me you can still kick them out so I asked the others to leave and one of my roommates grabbed a bag and before he left stood in the middle my kitchen I said go, but like T told me he said just say it so I said uhh OK in Jesus name get out, he put a hand over one of his eyes and left. I gave God my word that night if I lived I would never mess with dope again. Be careful anyone doing any sort of divination or whatever the hell is not your friend especially if you are Christian their one goal is to take that from you

I don't know where this teaching that you gain power over a demon by speaking its name originated. The bible says nothing about naming demons when it describes casting out a demon except In the case of " legion" because they were many. The first century church emphasized that their authority came from using the name of Jesus, not the enemy.
The practice is a clue to their origins.
ie they were gods in other cultures.
Gods named by their priests and venerated with worship.
But here named as demons by the Israelites and Christians they are relegated to mere pests under their one god.
The Israelites who penned the Tanakh were the original masters of cultural appropriation, and they did so on the most epic scale I have seen in ancient history and religion.

Why would you have to name the demon to expose it? Every demoniac mentioned in the Bible is described as a demoniac prior to Jesus or the disciples meeting the person. The fact that the person has a demon is already exposed.
The existence of a hierarchical governance among demons wouldn’t have an effect on how the demon is driven out. Presumably all the demons need driven out and not just the head demon, does it matter if you start at the bottom and work your way up or start at the top? If you start at the top and take out the head demon do they all leave it does another demon just step up and fill it’s place?
There is no direct requirement in the scripture or indication that a demon’s name need be or even should be learned or uttered by anyone who isn’t Jesus.
If you took an atheist and gave them the applicable Biblical passages they would not come to the conclusion that the demon needs identified to be exorcised.
What you are describing isn’t common sense at all, it is founded on 2000 years of Catholic tradition and teaching which is fine, but it’s not common sense from a reading of the scripture. Only 16% of the World is Catholic so the church’s traditions and doctrines certainly wouldn’t be considered common sense unless you live in Vatican City.

Crowley wasn't an "offshoot" of the Plymouth Brethren, he rightly despised them for their ignorance and hypocrisy (which goes for the overwhelming majority of Christians also), not to mention that they were largely responsible for abuse that lead to his weakened immune system throughout his childhood. They're a sizeable portion of the reason he came to reject Christianity. He's not a "Son of Belial," and isn't associated with Darby and Scofield, or the number 13. He called himself, "To Mega Therion," the Great Beast in Greek, Mankind at his most liberated. When you read the Bible with a Christians eyes, you take it all literally and don't see or comprehend the spiritual (Kabbalic) metaphors that encompass nearly the entirety of the book, and thus we suffer with the plague of Fundamentalism even today. Only those with the understanding of the Occult can understand the clever spiritual metaphors of the Bible.

Of course there are hypocrites within any religious perspective. That is inevitable, but one cannot use the hypocrisy of others to justify ones own actions either. Though Religion "saves" no one.. our Relationship with the Holy Spirit certainly can. So while I may have some sympathy for the environment of Mr. Crowley and his perspective on his influences, the larger balance of his actions leave me cold, however.. then again, I'm quite confident he'd also have little use for me.
Ultimately, I am content to let the Holy Spirit be my Witness & my Judge, just as long as Christ is my Advocate and Counselor.

There's a few things you have wrong here. Personally, I'd go back and study that part of the bible again.
The depictions of Bel that I have seen tend to picture him (or her as Belili) having three stars above. The Stars of Creation are currently above the head of Capricorn (formerly over Aquarius one Precession ago ... Pisces two Precessions ago ...). So there would appear to be an association with the Serpent stone rising over the Sun next month known by other terms in the Bible. Our confusion is due to various ages and nations changing names of the gods to protect the guilty.

My mother decided to purchase a ouiji board he said his name was bad Bobby for short .things began to happen immediately he did not like my step father because he said he was in love with my mother. She ask him for his real name and he said Belial. He told her he was very powerful and he had legions upon legions upon legions below him .he made his presence know and my mother began to get scared because he was starting to get violent toward my step father she panic and sent us kids skating she burned it . Before she did he told her she would lose her husband in a violent death while she was due to have his child she would remarry and have another child .she would would die by the age of 55 . My stepfather was crushed by a log that rolled off the truck he was loading .my mother was due anytime . She did remarry and had a son was diagnosed right after with breast cancer and passed away at 51 . I am not making this up because it did happen I'll never forget .

I have been awake the last 3 encounters the only way to release myself is by continually praying over and over until I can move my limbs and speak again . As was pointed out there are many different ways of spelling the name, but the normally accepted pronunciation is as above.. it just jarred me that a few minutes in there was what I believe to be possibly an error and one that remains unchanged throughout. Otherwise, great video. !
