    Fantastic recipe. Turned out very very delicious. I baked it n served with spaghetti macaroni n mixed beans in bechamel sauce. I love the holding the leg of the chicken trick. I added powdered garam masala as u said. Tx si much.

    - "Chergah" today for afternoon lunch and it came out pretty amazing, all the flavours were perfect. I also tried the Gajrelah on Saturday and it was amazing too. everybody relished it. I regularly watch your video everyday and try to make at least one everyday. Thanks for all the effort you have put in passing on this wonderful recipes. Will post more comments once I try out some of your other recipes:)))

    Salaam,
    I made this charga, but i steamed it in a pressure cooker rather than cooking it in a pot. It was delicious. Very moist and juicy inside and crispy on top after frying.

    Hi Bajia, In continuation of my earlier posts regarding Chergah and Gajrelah which were my second and third recipes of yours that came out excellent, my first trial was Pizza of course, I usually buy the dough from the market, however after you taught us how to make the dough, I tried it out and the pizza dough came out perfect and we made some delicious pizzas which my entire family cherished.

    Tomorrow is my dad's birthday so I m planning to make rasgulla's as per your video post. I m confident it will come out really well. Will take its pic and post it on facebook....after that i will try out the much awaited mothi choor laddu, however in India it is made out of ghee completely, hence it is very rich....will try this recipe next weekend.

    Looks really good..Yummy. Only thing I would do different is to grill it rather than frying - eventhough fried one tastes much better, but I would feel very guilty.

    The pizza looked and smelled great too...pity i didn't take its picture, will do it next time and post the pic on facebook. never again will i buy the dough from the market (although they are cheap) I will henceforth make the dough myself and earn all the praise from my family for giving them excellent pizza..Thanks again to you.

    jaise gosht bhoonte hain, aaloo dalne ke liye waise bhoon lo, phir khhob sari green chillies hara dhanya dahi aur adrak kaddo kash ker ke daal lo, thora paka ker utaar lo. dahi kushk hone per. good luck

    there are thousands of recipes in English on youtube. i will try to do them in english as well but original will always be in Urdu. shortage of time is a problem for me.

    its much better in pot, but its your choice, what i do after cooking in pot i place it in oven, for 10-15 min on hight tepmp. thats the best way

    @moindear I have an idea, just need to try it first. No one could make the same thing but can get close  magi, black paper, corn flour, egg, self-rising, garlic mixed herbs may be 

    jajakallah, oil use hota hai per her cheez ka naheen. han olive oil main talne se mana kerte hain, reuse kerne se bhi. aam oil ker sakte hain. acha dekho, oil dal te hain to kharaab tak naheen hota. oil ne kiya karab hona han maheena bher used oil rakh na choro.

    Bajia apki chargha wali recipe waqai kamal ki he me ise zaroor try karoonga. Ab dekhiye jo cheez mujhe perfact lagi to dil me utar gayi, hifz hogayi, mene koi tanqeed to nahi ki. taareef ki na

    neheen gril na kerna. pot main bana ker oven main daal do. chops mujhey to bhindi main aur karelon main pasand hain :) waisechicken tikke wala masala ziyadah behter hai, BBQ kerne ke liye chops ko. karahi chiken ki reipe bhi chops ke liye achi hai.

    mera naheen khyan ke main ne dala hai, per ho sakta hai, main ab daikh naheen rahi, mujhey apni recipes bohot lambi lagteen hain :) oil na dalo, koye zaroorat naheen khud he nikal aata hai dahi main se, jab sookh sajaye to oven main rakh dena, high heat per 10 min ke liye. talne ki nisbat ziyadah acha banta hai
