Hello Mobile - $25 for UNLIMITED Talk, Text, & Data?! This is not what they say as the data plan is limited and they put limit on it as soon as 2gb of data used. I believe this is scam ! They do not disclose the information when they will put limit as many legit companies does.

Yes, Visible does the same thing. It use to be a good value but they did an upgrade and now it sucks! The co tries to push you to a higher priced plan. Crooks!
I just had a chat support conversation and then I called them. The chat support rep absolutely would not give me an answer about when they throttle and how much. "The system determines excessive use" is what he kept saying and then rudely asking "is there anything else I can help you with" even though I was still talking to him about it. I called them up and spoke to someone over the phone and that gentleman was much nicer and more helpful and told me that for my account they don't throttle until after 25GB (I have 5 lines, not sure if that makes a difference). Honestly, if it's true this would be great. I'll take 25GB throttling at $17 per line per month. We'll see what happens.

@@SuPeRSpeCiaLKD I fucked up, Dad. I should have listened to you. It's been a god damned nightmare. Why didn't I listen!!!!! These people are awful and the company is terrible. Throttled after not even 1gb used and I think that was even a mistake. All 5 of our lines were throttled right out of the gate, some before any data was used at all. After a phone call they did something and 4 were fixed but mine was still slow but they kept repeating their script "the system flags for high usage.." 1gb in a little over a day? The throttling is very obvious. Almost exactly 1mb/s down and 1mb/up even though tello (also T-Mobile towers) was getting 300mb/s down. I'd tell you more but it's just too much to write. The company is simply awful and gaslight you to the point where they're trying to make you seem like the crazy one for thinking that 1mb/s download is not normal. Ugh. Absolute nightmare. I really do not believe there is anything other than the main tier support. I think supervisors are just other regular reps as they do not seem to have any further knowledge of the situation. I have to have my kids and wife test the other lines to see if they're throttled yet but I don't think it matters. The lack of transparency is the deal killer. I can't be just wondering when the system will decide to throttle us.

After Using 1-2 gb data your data speed speed will go back to 2mbps or less . Slow internet speed 😂😂. Think before using hello mobile..

We switched, and literally after only using 2GB yes 2! I'm not throttled to just 1mbps down and up, that is absurd and they didn't say that when asked, they told us we would be able to use 20GB before they would throttle. It's ridiculous and we will be leaving

I'm experiencing slow data they're giving me excuses. Yes they restrict you data speed after 17gb , I'm waiting a BBB answer next week. File complains guys at better y business bureau
They told me it was 25GB before they throttle. I just spoke to him over the phone. So when did you start to experience it, after how much data used during the month?

I order some SIM cards from Hello Mobile. They went to another address. Somebody activated them after I paid for them. Do not order SIM cards from Hello Mobile. Somebody else gets your cards they can activate under your account...

hello mobile is trash. they have very inconsistent service. sometimes you get no service at all after only a week. i have tried many of their plans from the 500mb to unlimited $25

@@MrLivinggod yup they told me it has a limit for "high speed data" and tried to hang up on me and I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for an hour until they closed. They are all assholes and should be ashamed of the scam they're working for
