You're very welcome, Dorie! On the free account, you only have 40 minutes if 3 or more people are in attendance. So when the 40min are over, the meeting will end. If you plan on having 3 or more people attending quite regularly, I would suggest getting the first paid plan (PRO) - it's less expensive when you pay for the whole year and you have no limit on call duration (and you can have up to 100 people). Hi Aza! Yes, when you're scheduling the meeting, you'll see the option to 'enable participants to join before host' - make sure that box is checked - that allows them to go into the room without you being there to 'start' it. Does that help?
How to figure out did I set Private Neeting or generated? I was so quick that I hadn't paid attention, so now I am not sure, did I Generate. Ans If link was set on Private insted Generating link, how to change that for the same meeting?
Very good explanation, However you didn't actually demonstrate how you send the invitation to the people you want to join the meeting. You said you invite them but you didn't show "How".
