    Happy Sunday 👑 & very transparent with your real numbers (Congrats on both of you paying off your student loans during the pandemic 🎉). As for debt: I know it is not easy to share our debt but it's the beginning of everything to tackle it, great debt confession video 👍

    While it is still a lot of debt with hefty minimum payments, it is still all "reasonable" debt and neither line tem is that high compared to whst many are carrying. Do look at some amitorization charts 'cause paying down mortgage principle ahead of schedule early in the mortgage can reap some significant benefits.

      Yes! I’ve played around a bit with an early mortgage payoff calculator and there definitely are significant benefits to paying it off early. Given where we are in life, it’s not a priority right now but as things change we will for sure re-evaluate!

      @@NotesOnTheGoodLife Even consider an extra $10/ month ($120/ year) and possibly an extra influx of $20 to $100 every so often.
