    I love these lessons. Just a suggestion, I think it would be very valuable for your audience if you could include PDF files of your lessons.

    There's a little mistake in translating the word "pián yi" at 23:48 : ) It means "cheap", not "expensive", right?
    Thank you for this amazing lesson!

    What is this dou (both, all) in sentences where it's only referred to one person? "dou yao..."

    • @michelehlim
      @michelehlim 4 роки тому

      do you mean when it's in a sentence with every day? When you say every day you need the dou because it's referring to 'every day' not to the person. I actually just made that as a note myself, hope that helps!

    Tai hao le (sorry without accent). However, should those words be more bolded with bright color...

      The pinyin is designed to be like that so that students can get used to not rely on pinyin and be able to read Chinese characters. We mark new words with blue Pinyin but vocabulary taught previously were marked gray. Pinyin is a great tool to help students remember the pronunciation when they first learn a word, but characters are the real written format of the language.

    Your font is soo white, I can't read it

    • @ChineseForUsOfficial
      @ChineseForUsOfficial  4 роки тому

      Sorry about the issue. The font is designed to be like that on purpose to help students get used to reading Chinese characters instead of Pinyin. We wanted the Pinyin to serve like the footnote in a book, it's there when you need it but it's not the main part of the content.
