I have a really old Bluetti, they do make a quality product. This is a great video, I want to put in an outhouse next to my garage/shop at my offgrid cabin.
It can definitely be the most essential part of a cabin😂 I enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for sharing and explaining what/why you are doing. Take care!
Having a power Station is a total Game Changer while Building....Love eliminating the Generator noise and still using all the essential Tools. Pretty awesome of you and Bluetti to team up and give one away. Good luck to all your viewers. Woot Woot
Bluetti has been a great asset for all your builds. Yes I have watched then 😊. The outhouse is going to come in handy 😂. I remember using the outhouse growing and going to country school. The only thing we had at school.
I grew up with one for a bit also. Just like the wood cook stove my mom had. All things considered, I feel an urge for simplicity nowadays. Good luck, LaRue
Lol! Funny! I've just come in from a visit to our outhouse here at our off grid cabin to see this video first on my YT homepage! Talk about timing! Our outhouse is the one that was here when we bought the place and has served us well for 21 years! We did build new one last summer, but have yet to break it in, lol! Yours looks like it's going to be a lovely one!
That BLUETTI sure is handy! I would have never believed one of these could do so well until I watched all of your cabin build videos. I could definite;y use something like this on my off grid camp in central WI. Keep up the great work!
I would never have believed it either, smaller ones only good for lights drills and such. But this 2000watt I'm using in the video ran compressor and saws just shy of 8 hrs with a leaking hose for nailer, obviously I shut the compressor down when not using or when cutting. It did a good job. Charges in about 3 or 4 hrs. Thanks and good luck
Hello from your neighboring state Iowa. I've been following you for quite a while and I have learned a lot from them. I'm going on 61 years old still split my own wood for the fire pit, it's always been o dream of mine to live off grid. Yes BLUETTI would definitely be a very valuable asset living off grid. Again stay safe keep warm and keep all of that white stuff in your state. Lol!
Hey now, when it comes to the white stuff, I believe in sharing. Splitting wood is good for the soul if you ask me. Good luck, and thanks for the reply.
This is a great tutorial for me to follow so I can build my own outhouse I’ll just need a Bluetti power station to put the icing on the cake 👍 We all definitely need a backup system in these days. My grandparents still had and used a two seater outhouse up until the latter seventies. I still can picture their board and batten farm house. It had never had a lick of paint touch its walls and the boards that hung below the bottom beams were jagged with age. I wish it was still there…
You're spot on, most important building on the property :) I'm going to start my outhouse build soon, thanks for the inspiration! I use my lil 300 watt Bluetti camping and it works amazing!
I am always inpressed by your attention to detail and the skills you demonstrate in your videos. I'm hoping it inspires other to get into the trades. I'm also impressed with the BLUETTI you use on your cabin build. The versatility is far greater then others i have seen demonstrated. Thanks for sharing.
The one I'm using is the 2000 watt, with 2500 surge, so it runs most things I have. The giveaway is a 800 watt I believe, won't run the compressor or skill saw. That's what the company is sending though. Good luck and thanks for stopping by
Amazing build so far. Enjoying learning the basics and terminology when it comes to framing. The Bluetti handles the compressor with ease. I'm excited to watch the completion of this build!
Born and raised in Minnesota. Living in Denver now but moving back in a few months hopefully on some land with a home and room to fulfill my need to build some outbuildings. A BLUETTI power station would make those jobs easier and more enjoyable. Love your cabin build!
Great looking outhouse. I love your channel and your cabin. Having a Bluetti has definitely made it look easier for you. I would love to have one for myself.
Good Afternoon Wiley - That is looking like it will be a mighty fine reading room addition to the off grid cabin. I am really looking forward to seeing what the finished project will look like. Keep up the great work. Regards, Randy Wiley in Arizona - Bluetti
I thoroughly enjoy watching your building projects. A Bluetti Power Station would have come in SO handy to have around for many of my late husbands construction projects and wish they were around back then! It would be great for future camping adventures too! Love your videos Wiley !
You're very welcome, I just try to have fun making them. I enjoy editing, my equipment sucks, but I make no money from it, so will have to do. Good luck
Man, we were just talking about how something like tish would make out life and camping so much more easy and fun. This BLUETTI would be perfect for what we do..
I enjoy your shows so much, I moved from Arizona to Minnesota last December and just love your workmanship and your down-to-earth waybof describing your projects. I would love the Bluetti because I plan to build a Tiny Home now that I am back home in Minnesota
Nice build! I can see how the BLUETTI has been a huge help while building out in the woods. Your place has really taken shape since I started watching when you were just starting the cabin. So lovely and homey!
You have not yet started to build the box for the seats. A suggestion... I have seen Dave Whipple (Bush Radical) paint or use roof metal on the inside of front wall to keep urine from soaking the wood (helps with odor control.
I’ve been enjoying your videos for a bunch of years Wiley , keep up the good work , I’ve been in the market for a generator, I’m looking at the Bluetti or a Jackery , keep the videos coming
Glad to see that some of my innovations I've developed over a quarter century of building these has become part of the "general" knowledge. The 55 gal drums and use of screws, just to name a few. I published this info in my website to help others build a right fine outhouse. Although I've built hundreds and learned from this, nothing is more satisfying than building your own right and proper one and enjoy helping others get it right.
I was wondering what you were using as an out house when you don't have one?? Hmm.. I've been looking at buying a Bluetti for camping, winning one would be better.. Well now I know where you will be doing the duties now. Stay safe and have a great day.🤓👍🤓👍.Randy.

They sure are Ken, good luck buddy.
Bluetti!
You are building what is basically my retirement dream. Can't wait to start my project using your cabin as an inspiration.
Thanks for that. Good luck with both.
Adding a BLUETTI to my daughters farm would be life changing for them in their daily lives… love your new outhouse ❤

I was pleasantly surprised by they way the 2000watt one handled it. Thanks and good luck.
Bluetti is nice to have I bet. Love when you show the deer
They have been around but are spooked as it's bow season and waterfowl. Lots of commotion in woods and the lakes. Thanks and good luck

I totally agree with that. Thanks and good luck
