Your sub backer should generally be your better coverage backer, for your slot it depends on what coverage philosophy you use, if you run a man coverage oriented scheme than you want a pure cover corner. If your slot plays in the box with run fit responsibilities than use a bigger corner/safety, Rushing ends are gonna be reserved for your best edge rushers, and your rush tackle is generally gonna be your best pass rushing DT or your smallest whichever one fits your personal
