When I try to update firmware following this procedure, threre is no progression on the download tool. What happens is that relays click for infinite time, and in the software in green "Sync" remains.
When I stop the update I got an error message : 2-sync fail. I have tried several times.
My board is brand new : KC868-A4 Rev 1.2.4 ; the firmware i try to load : KCS_KC868_A4_V2.2.2.bin
I notice that when I power on my board, LED 01, 02 and 03 are always ON and 04 OFF... I is like that since the first time I powered it ON, never managed to do anything else with it 😟
Its like my USB serial port canot communicate with the board

I have deleted my A4 from Tuya. Now I want to add it again. When I scan the QR code, Tuya is not autodiscovering the A4 board. It just says, "Already binned." How can I add my A4 8n Tuya now?

integrate to home assistant by MQTT, board will support HTTP, MQTT, TCP string protocol.

i connected the board to tuya aplication, bun wen i load an arduino aplication the board loses the connection with tuya app. What do i need to do for not loss tuya conection?
you can download KCS firmware, use by our tuya license.
I got the KC868-A4, I put it with the USB on the computer and when I find it, I can't pass a program, I open the application, it's not the address to the right of the @ that I find it

Hello, i AM sorry , I have another question; KBOX did not work, I have KC868-A6, I select 4 chanel...there is no mode to delete this , in function device in settings...because did not work
A6 can't use by KBOX directly. you can use web browser if you have downloaded KCS firmware to ESP32

IP manegement setting difficult.
download KCS firmware, use kincony ip scan tool to find IP address.
This one is very good but I need work with HomeKit
maybe in furture will update add the homekit supported.
