A small correction, it says that Azazel is dealt to you as a "Facedown Encounter" card when you defeat Brimstone, so regardless of whether he was already defeated or is in play he would get flipped facedown and essentially refreshed. So in both cases he gets to quickstrike you again, unless you flip down to Alter Ego to avoid it. So any damage and status's you put on him disappear. Note that this would also remove any villain attachments on him as well. Edit: The part in question is at 12:35
Northstar is slowly becoming one of my favorite allies to play in protection. Such a beneficial ally, especially in multiplayer. If you're not using it on yourself, you can use it to help your teammates (sometimes friends). Plus, there is no exaust, so you can do it over and over and over again (till he's dead). Whats not to love? Thankful for anouther ally you want to keep around and not use to chump block.
@TheOlops yeah, I do think he’s much more balanced. I don’t get the same feeling that you could pick 25 cards at random and still make a winning deck like I do with Strange.

Nightcrawler is another reason I prefer to play 2H. As much as I enjoy the shenanigans he regularly performs during the villain phase, the lad excels at mere nibbling damage and can get swamped by minions. His lean into Protection means any other aspect feels like adding to his difficulty with little additional benefit. Not the top of this cycle but certainly not the bottom. It just so happens I was elbows deep into my collection working on my Nightcrawler deck when this video dropped. Get out of my head, demon.
