Great reviews, Martha! I haven't ordered the full kit of BBMB's quite yet but plan to here soon. I'm intrigued with Frosted Ginger Cookie, Lavender Vanilla, Toasted Apple Butter, and Twilight. You're so right about Twitterpated and I am glad it's coming back for people to try. It has been a Scentsy Club bar for me since 2019. I just love the bright green-ness, especially on spring days. A great bar to have warming with the windows open.
May I leave a "call to action" here? Lol. There's a scent called Highway Run that was only available during one catalog season back in 2015-2016, then it disappeared into the abyss. It was such a great woodsy type scent. It was a one of a kind, and the epitome of a late summer/early fall road trip in a bar. If I could get some help voting it back in the upcoming voting round, I would sure appreciate it.

Well there is certainly lots of patchouli in this batch but most of them were blended well. I just can't do it on it's own. I think you will enjoy them. Lots a good Spring scents. I hope you get your order soon!
Caramel Sugar Cone warmed is very creamy & a little toasty..I'm excited to see it again. Most likely adding that, Toasted Apple Butter (which is devine) and Toasted Caramel Sugar to my club. Patchouli heavy BBMB's this go round, which is one my nose & head are very sensitive to but I know some love it! Congratulations to you & your Daughter🎉 and thank you for your honest reviews!!
I'm warming two of those right now. Toasted Apple Butter is great but Caramel Sugar Cone was just too sweet for me. I know many will love it because so many love the sweetness in Gimme Candy and I don't, but that's just me. I was surprised when I saw so many bars with patchouli make it in. Seems odd because most people I know are not huge fans of patchouli. 🤷🏻♀️

Congratulations to your daughter, an amazing accomplishment! I didn't order the full kit as there were too many I wasn't interested in unfortunately! I will order a couple of 6 packs once they become available, I am most excited to try whipped vanilla pear. I think the danger with limiting this BBMB to scents that haven't been available in quite some time is that blends have become more sophisticated and complex and perhaps this selection shows why they aged out? Hey, good for those of us who have clubs already too large 🤣 thanks for getting such a great first impressions up so early!
Hi Lyndsey! You bring up a great point. Scents have definitely evolved and maybe that is why I'm not finding many I want to club, if any. There are good ones but not ones I see myself obsessing over. Are there ones you are really interested in? I'm curious as to what people are drawn to.
Oddly enough, I have a hard time appreciating the winter BBMBs during the summer, but I have no problem appreciating the summer BBMBs during the winter. Last round with painted leaves, Hemingway, and rustic lodge. I hated them all. Now I wish I had more rustic lodge.
Funny because last winter I clubbed Melon & Apple Granita because I knew I'd love it in the Summer. I love Hemingway and have a love hate with Painted Leaves. Rustic Lodge I did not like I got a strong incense kind of smell but my best friend loved it. There is always something for everyone to love. Thanks for watching Christina!
I really like Toasted Apple Butter. I feel like it's almost the base scent of apple butter frosting (minus the buttercream). It will probably go in my club since I didn't club Apple Butter Frosting like an idiot lol 🤣
I warmed it last night and really liked it. I will have to try it again and decide if I want to club it or be satisfied with the dupes that exist in vendor wax world.

I haven't tried any of them but I am most excited to try the gourmand/bakery ones 🥰! You got me worried about Everything Nice 🤣. The scent notes sound yummy but your reaction has me cautious 🤣🤣! I sometimes get a curry note from some pumpkin scents with caramel 🤣, so I am hoping this one is nicer to my nose! You had me giggling with you sniffed Simply Patchouli 🤣🤣🤣. I am not a fan of patchouli either unless it is blended well with other notes. It will be a hard pass for me on that bar! I have a feeling that I will love Caramel Sugar Cone as I absolutely love Gimme Candy 🥰🥰. I love the sweet smelling scents! Hi Edda! Simply Patchouli may turn out to be a nice blender but on it's own is way to much for me to handle 😄. Simply patchouli and The simply line of scents like simply vanilla, lime , rose, lemon were meant to mix and the simply patchouli and does play well with simply cinnamon and simply spice or a lavender scent
I just warmed it and those are my thoughts exactly this is not a standalone scent. It is strong and I can see how just a little bit can beautify other blends. Now that I've warmed it to get a sense of it I will mix it with other scents but patchouli is not a scent I love, I can like it in small doses. I think I will try it with lavender.
I’m excited to try this BBMB round! So many new scents to me. Try mixing Simply Patchouli with Simply Vanilla or a medium level floral and may give you more of a perfume vibe. I know you said you don’t mix lol….last resort is you could always gift it to someone. Christmas is coming!🎄
I'll try it on it's own for the warm review but after that I'm mixing the heck out of that bar, but if one of my friend's loves it she can have it. That is what happened with Rustic Lodge. I did not like it at all and it became a club bar for her. 😄
We had very similar thoughts on these bars! Overall, the selection was “ok”. I’m trying to get away from “clubbing “ but there are 7 bars I really like and 3 off the top of my head I want to stock up on! Loved watching this! 💜💜

There is just too much happening in that bar, and it comes off to me as curry. My noes always goes to curry when it is overwhelmed by too many scent notes. :) I agree with you on this round of BBMB, it's not a show stopper for me either. ~Elayne
It's always good to find people that agree with me because so far I'm seeing people like Everything Nice and it's like a bar of leftover oils that someone thought sounded good together but they didn't mix in the right ratios of oils. Oddly I noticed in lavender has chamomile with it like vendor Sleepytime I can barely smell it. I love patchouli but never had any of Scentsy's cause I just came to love it in the last few years. I love pear but haven't smelled Whipped Vanilla Pear in years.
@@Martha_FragranceCornerI tried a loaf from destash but nothing so then I bought some brittles and same almost nothing. IDK but that's not the blend for me. I've tried a few other bedtime blends that were nice but nothing outside to me. I guess I like my l lavender and blends strong and didn't find hers to be. Her bakery though I love. I will give the Scentsy version a shot depending on reviews of strength.😮
Yes, and I have a wax from Sassy Girls Aroma called Sleepytime that is sweet lavender mint and chamomile. I really like that one so I will need to compare the too.

I was so surprised to see so many scents with patchouli. I like it sometimes. It really depends on how it is blended but I almost didn't get this because I was afraid I'd be stuck with a bunch of bars I can't stand. Fortunately that isn't the case but there are a few dogs in here. I'll have to melt them in a bathroom I rarely use or the guest room. 😂
I used to blend Caramel Sugar Cone but dislike it now. I voted hard on Twitterpated cause I used to really like it but its been years since it was out. I know Im gonna love it again. 😊
I don't know why but I feel like there was better bakery in last year's BBMB. A lot of these are sorta bakery but not really gourmand. I will look forward to seeing what you get.
Yes I've done that before but opening the door to the outside air was easier 😄 Actually my friend and I did an experiment once, smelling the bars outside vs inside and it was different. Our noses and sense of smell is so interesting.
I feel like some years are GREAT with too many good bars and others it's disappointing. Maybe something will surprise you on warm. (I only ever had one bar that changed a lot on warm, but I do not warm tons and tons. It was "Monstropolis" where it smelled more like a "be fabulous" kind of grapefruit on cold but on warm it smelled just like grape soda to me with almost none of that grapefruity note. Grapefruit and grape weren't even in the notes to begin with though...) Does the Buzz Lightyear one remind you of monstropolis at all?
I had to go sniff my Metropolis bar, and yes, I also get a grapefruit scent on that one one cold. I haven't warmed it yet. Buzz Lightyear is similar. I don't get grapefruit but they can be related.
I love all lavenders. Honestly this is my least favorite BBMB i years. I may add few for a few rounds and if I still love Twitterpated may keep that one but I do have other green scents now from vendor but it was very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't mind the ones that had patchouli mixed in it, but on its own was a big no. I can see cutting a cube in half and mixing it with a bakery scent or a floral scent. Overall they are nice but nothing totally wowed me. Although as I warm them I may add one or two to my club. I must be weird bc I like banana scents. I might mix it with something strawberry to make a strawberry banana smoothie scent. So excited for this batch! I have yet to order my early access bundle
You are not weird. I have learned that I like a banana cream scent and that's what I get from this one which makes me happy. I might try it with Strawberry Sweetie since I didn't care for that one.

Hi Martha. So lovely to see you! Trying to find time to watch some videos. I have been excited to hear people's thoughts on these BBMB scents! I haven't tried any of them but I am most excited to try the gourmand/bakery ones 🥰! You got me worried about Everything Nice 🤣. The scent notes sound yummy but your reaction has me cautious 🤣🤣! I sometimes get a curry note from some pumpkin scents with caramel 🤣, so I am hoping this one is nicer to my nose! You had me giggling with you sniffed Simply Patchouli 🤣🤣🤣. I am not a fan of patchouli either unless it is blended well with other notes. It will be a hard pass for me on that bar! I have a feeling that I will love Caramel Sugar Cone as I absolutely love Gimme Candy 🥰🥰. I love the sweet smelling scents! I am excited to try Toasted Caramel Sugar, Toasted Apple Butter, Frosted Ginger Cookie, Caramel Sugar Cone, Cranberry Mango, Amaretto, Bananas,Vanilla Walnut, Whipped Vanilla Pear, Everything Nice, Crazy Coconut and Lavender Vanilla 🥰🥰! Thanks for being so honest in your initial thoughts, I appreciate it. I am with you on Rustic Lodge, I did not like it! It was too much for me and I have a love/hate relationship with Painted Leaves too. I don't expect to like them all but I can't wait to try them. I am a Twizzlers fan 🤣🤣! Hi Amber! I always enjoy reading your comments. Since you love Gimme Candy I think you will love Caramel Sugar Cone, it's the same type of sweetness. I'm very surprised I did not like Everything Nice because it's my type of scent based on the notes but it's a bit of a mess in my opinion. We have similar tastes except for the Twizzlers 🤣 You take care as well and have a wonderful Christmas season. God bless you too!

Hi Edda! Simply Patchouli may turn out to be a nice blender but on it's own is way to much for me to handle 😄. I wish I didn't get the waxy smell with Scentsy's coconut otherwise Crazy for Coconuts would be one I'd probably enjoy. Hopefully it goes away on warm. Thanks so much for watching! Simply patchouli and The simply line of scents like simply vanilla, lime , rose, lemon were meant to mix and the simply patchouli and does play well with simply cinnamon and simply spice or a lavender scent
I just warmed it and those are my thoughts exactly this is not a standalone scent. It is strong and I can see how just a little bit can beautify other blends. Now that I've warmed it to get a sense of it I will mix it with other scents but patchouli is not a scent I love, I can like it in small doses. I think I will try it with lavender.
I’m excited to try this BBMB round! So many new scents to me. Try mixing Simply Patchouli with Simply Vanilla or a medium level floral and may give you more of a perfume vibe. I know you said you don’t mix lol….last resort is you could always gift it to someone. Christmas is coming!🎄
I'll try it on it's own for the warm review but after that I'm mixing the heck out of that bar, but if one of my friend's loves it she can have it. That is what happened with Rustic Lodge. I did not like it at all and it became a club bar for her. 😄
We had very similar thoughts on these bars! Overall, the selection was “ok”. I’m trying to get away from “clubbing “ but there are 7 bars I really like and 3 off the top of my head I want to stock up on! Loved watching this! 💜💜
I think I may club 2 or 3 but in a lot of ways I'm glad it's not more because I need to lighten my club and not add to it. Thanks for watching!
Frosted Ginger Cookie I used to like but only one or so a season is plenty for me. I used up my last one last year.

It's unfortunate because coconut can be so pretty but their coconut comes off waxy and yuck most of the time

Everything nice - I also was not a fan. There is just too much happening in that bar, and it comes off to me as curry. My noes always goes to curry when it is overwhelmed by too many scent notes. :) I agree with you on this round of BBMB, it's not a show stopper for me either. ~Elayne
It's always good to find people that agree with me because so far I'm seeing people like Everything Nice and it's like a bar of leftover oils that someone thought sounded good together but they didn't mix in the right ratios of oils.

Oddly I noticed in lavender has chamomile with it like vendor Sleepytime I can barely smell it. I love patchouli but never had any of Scentsy's cause I just came to love it in the last few years. I love pear but haven't smelled Whipped Vanilla Pear in years.
I did like Whipped Vanilla Pear very much. For me Sleepytime from SGA lasts longer and smells stronger.

IDK but that's not the blend for me. I've tried a few other bedtime blends that were nice but nothing outside to me. I guess I like my l lavender and blends strong and didn't find hers to be. Her bakery though I love.
I will give the Scentsy version a shot depending on reviews of strength.😮
Between Lots of Lavender and Vanilla Lavender. The latter is stronger. Lots of Lavender was a whisper
I have the lavender and chamomile tea that you drink and its called sleepy time.
Yes, and I have a wax from Sassy Girls Aroma called Sleepytime that is sweet lavender mint and chamomile. I really like that one so I will need to compare the too.

I was so surprised to see so many scents with patchouli. I like it sometimes. It really depends on how it is blended but I almost didn't get this because I was afraid I'd be stuck with a bunch of bars I can't stand. Fortunately that isn't the case but there are a few dogs in here. I'll have to melt them in a bathroom I rarely use or the guest room. 😂
The simply patchouli was too much I will not buy that one

I don't know why but I feel like there was better bakery in last year's BBMB. A lot of these are sorta bakery but not really gourmand. I will look forward to seeing what you get.

Yes I've done that before but opening the door to the outside air was easier 😄 Actually my friend and I did an experiment once, smelling the bars outside vs inside and it was different. Our noses and sense of smell is so interesting.

I feel like some years are GREAT with too many good bars and others it's disappointing. Maybe something will surprise you on warm. (I only ever had one bar that changed a lot on warm, but I do not warm tons and tons. It was "Monstropolis" where it smelled more like a "be fabulous" kind of grapefruit on cold but on warm it smelled just like grape soda to me with almost none of that grapefruity note. Grapefruit and grape weren't even in the notes to begin with though...) Does the Buzz Lightyear one remind you of monstropolis at all?
I had to go sniff my Metropolis bar, and yes, I also get a grapefruit scent on that one one cold. I haven't warmed it yet. Buzz Lightyear is similar. I don't get grapefruit but they can be related.
I love all lavenders. Honestly this is my least favorite BBMB i years. I may add few for a few rounds and if I still love Twitterpated may keep that one but I do have other green scents now from vendor but it was very nice.

I didnt get the early access kit because of all the patchouli the smell of it makes my hubby and i both sick.
I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't mind the ones that had patchouli mixed in it, but on its own was a big no. I can see cutting a cube in half and mixing it with a bakery scent or a floral scent. Overall they are nice but nothing totally wowed me. Although as I warm them I may add one or two to my club. I do not like floral scents but I can tolerate peony petals. I like it more when I mix it with sugar cookie 😊 I get like a BBW pink petal tea cake. 🎂
I don't mind soft florals. I warmed it last night and found it pretty and soft. I think Sugar Cookie with any floral makes it better 😀

Peppermint Rush is my least favorite mint Scentsy has done. I get straight toothpaste no play. I love mints all kinds but didnt care for that one.
It is toothpasty and get the same mint. I don't mind it though. If you don't like toothpaste mint you won't like Cinnamint

I must be weird bc I like banana scents. I might mix it with something strawberry to make a strawberry banana smoothie scent. So excited for this batch! I have yet to order my early access bundle
You are not weird. I have learned that I like a banana cream scent and that's what I get from this one which makes me happy. I might try it with Strawberry Sweetie since I didn't care for that one.
