Dear there are basically gas purity sensore that are present for checking gas quality.If purity is not there then system will not work in that case you have to change the CMs present in the PSA and it must have been damaged.
1.0 How to calculate nitrogen capacity in pharmaceutical industry 2.0 If nitrogen around 5 hrs purged in agitated nutch filter dryer ( 3.0 KL) then how to calculate how much nitrogen consume in 5 hrs.

Dear Operating pressure depends upon your setup .What I have seen is generally 5-6 Kg/cm2.So it's obvious that inlet pressure is more than that.
