Dear Operating pressure depends upon your setup .What I have seen is generally 5-6 Kg/cm2.So it's obvious that inlet pressure is more than that.

If concentration of N2 is not archive then system will trip , how to trip what is the mechanism?? Then how to we restart the system ??
Dear there are basically gas purity sensore that are present for checking gas quality.If purity is not there then system will not work in that case you have to change the CMs present in the PSA and it must have been damaged.

Dear Dharmesh Cycle takes few minutes to complete and may me less than one minute depends upon your tower size.
