Beautiful! Why did they tear down all the Cabrini towers, when they could have renovated them into places like this for a fraction of the the build-new cost? (Seems like a real missed opportunity.)
As it’s been explained to me….Concentrated subsidized housing was proven to be a failure. The preferred method is to “pepper” housing throughout the city.
@@GRAFFTRealEstate Yes, that's true, but it doesn't mean the structures couldn't have been salvaged and repurposed. Huge waste of materials and energy. (Can you imagine one of those buildings remodeled into luxury condos?) And the solidity of the structures stands in marked contrast to some of the buildings here in Florida, where the condos apparently just fall down of their own accord at times.

Time will tell. We've seen the land lay fallow for some time already. Isn't it true that the Carl Sandburg condos started as project buildings also?

These are only for rent. The apartments have airline pricing so they change on a daily basis. Is there a specific unit you're interested in?

No doors for the bedroom nor bathroom though 🤔
Lol. Just the model so you feel like it’s bigger. Great smoke and mirrors.
