    Excellent, I have seen many dance schools and performances but never expected like this kind of level from a foreigner amazing school and performance, ambience and the teaching methods so well done.

    Can i do these excercises every day? Like 5 minutes for each excercise?and how many excercises are there in total? 🤔🙂

      just me 93 you don’t need to do each exercise for 5 min, it’s too long. You can do several repetitions. If there are 3 speeds then several repetitions in each speed. For all exercise please see all 3 parts.
