Lots of good information, I learned something, thanks for sharing. What’s the make and model of your guitar? I am looking around for a semi hollow. Live in Northern California, San Francisco area.
Thank you! Glad it was helpful. This guitar is a Heritage H-530, which is a fully hollow guitar in the style of a Gibson ES-330 or Epiphone Casino. Heritage also had a model called the H-535 which is based on the Gibson ES-335 and actually built in the original Gibson Kalamazoo, MI factory.
