- In this travel vlog, as I ventured into the lush landscapes of Hobbiton Cameron Highlands ( Hobbitoon Village | 马来西亚金马伦高原 ) in Malaysia, I found myself embarking on a journey straight out of a fantasy novel. Nestled amidst the verdant hills, the quaint village of Hobbiton awaited, a charming replica inspired by the hobbit homes of Middle-earth.
Hobbiton Cameron Highlands (Hobbitoon Village), located in Simpang Pulai along the way to Cameron Highland, if you're driving from Ipoh Malaysia, you're sure to come across this attraction. It's about an hour's driving distance from Hobbiton Cameron Highlands to other attractions such as Brinchang Strawberry Farm, Cameron Highlands Flora Park, Lavender Garden, Cameron Centrum Shopping Mall, and BOH Tea Centre.
Stepping into Hobbiton felt like entering another realm entirely. The intricately crafted hobbit holes dotted the landscape, each one adorned with vibrant flora and cozy furnishings. I couldn’t help but marvel at the attention to detail, from the round doors to the circular windows overlooking the breathtaking scenery.
Exploring the village, I wandered along winding pathways lined with colorful blooms, feeling as though I had been transported into Bilbo Baggins’ own adventures. The air was crisp and refreshing, a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Stopping at the Hobbitoon Cafe, I indulged in a hearty meal, perfectly suited for a hobbit's appetite. The menu boasted a delightful fusion of Western cuisine and Middle-earth-inspired dishes, accompanied by whimsical drinks, including the famed Dwarven Draught served in a traditional beer mug akin to those enjoyed by hobbits during their lively gatherings. The ambiance was jovial, with laughter and merriment permeating the air as travelers from distant lands gathered to exchange tales of their adventures.
As the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the rolling hills, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of peace wash over me. In this tranquil haven, surrounded by nature’s beauty and whimsical charm, time seemed to stand still.
Leaving Hobbiton behind, I carried with me memories of a truly magical experience. From the warm hospitality of the villagers to the stunning vistas that stretched as far as the eye could see, Hobbiton Cameron Highlands had captured my heart in a way I never expected. And as I journeyed onward, I knew that this enchanting oasis would forever hold a special place in my travel memories.

The food price is quite high, 2 chicken Maryland chicken chop with 1 drink about rm70+- ☺️

It roughly can take about one hour more or less for this attraction, remember to bring umbrella, because there is open air no shelter for hot sun and rain ☺️
