Bruh dont expect new characters to have the same weight that 7yo chars from part 1, part 2 are introduced till ch 3, ch 4 onwards is the "True" part 2 just like till ch 5 of part 1 we are still in a biiiig introduction compared to part 2 intro 😅 ngl coralie became one of my top 5 pretty quickly (the others are ok but dark lord coralie is mah dawg)
I know, I never expected them to have the same weight obviously, I just really love the part 1 characters and just before I started part 2 I played that little prologue and watched the "Before Setting Out" MV so it made me miss them even more. But I understand where you're coming from. My vid starting part 1 is on the channel and you can see I did still enjoy it.
i mean, thats how story telling works. they always start slow and when it comes into focusing in a new cast, its very apparent. not saying that you leaving while they are still setting up is bad, its understandable but people should've had that in mind instead of expecting it to be as good as Part 1. people sometimes forget how dreadful Part 1 started. people who say otherwise either started after the better chapters or just complain for complaining sake. anyway, part 2 is now picking up and the lore is getting more interesting. their setup in the first few chapters were worth it.
Very fair point. For me it was rather just the attachment to the old characters especially coming from playing the part 2 prologue with them involved and "Before Setting Out" vid days before I started part 2. Regardless I still played and read everything and plan to do the same as I continue now again to catch up. It's not terrible imo, I just had major part 1 hangover lol
@@blazingswiftygaming no worries. its understandable, imagine what 6+ years players felt lol. props to you though for still giving Part 2 a chance. a lot of really old players are really hung up on nostalgia/fear of change that even if Part 2's start was flawless, they would still find a way to find faults in it (even though Part 1 has its own fair share it). one of the biggest messages of Part 1 is learning to move on (Part 1's last major animation is freakin called Graduation Trip), that what we players felt through out Part 1 and funnily enough, those same people can't let go of Part 1. just shows that Hoyo knows what they are doing when it comes to storytelling in HI3. so if they are setting up things, let them cook.
A big difference between vita and sparkle is that sparkle creates life like illusions and vita has enough power to actually materialize Star Jumper out of nowhere.
Yeah it's pretty obvious, well except for hsr only players. Like I said they're clearly on different levels. But it was a really cool and fun fight! They make such a good combo. Looking forward to more.
I can relate to u. I played all of part 1 and 1.5. Was so excited to play part 2 but it was pretty hard to get through the early chapters in part 2. I finished chapter 2 and at the time there was no more content so i kinda just stopped playing it and thought to comback after a couple of chapters later to binge the story. After like 6+ months, i saw Vita is going to be playable and so i came back. I loved Vita from part 1.5 so i wanted to get her. And i binged the story ws well. I think it was after chapter 3, but story just kept blowing me away. I was so emotional at the end of chapter 4 and then Vita came into the story. it only got better after the involvement of part 1 characters. Hopefully the story continues like the way it is right now.
Nice, all these comments gets me excited to play the newer chapters. I still have some story to get through before I get there but I'll take my time and go through it so I don't miss anything and experience the buildup. My only experience with Vita is from before chapter 2 (besides recent spoilers) but I already like her. Can't wait to see her further involvement!
Part 2 start is rough but it gets reallly really good once they start focusing on characters. Its pretty great now i would argue .It was allot of set up thats for sure lol personaly i think connecting both games is the worst of it all since it makes story in general matter less when you introduce aeons and beings that can just one shot planets from 3 galaxies away it kinda overshadows whatever the main story can throw at you. Outside of that the story of part 2 is pretty good tho characters are the highlight power scaling wise this fight makes no sense but its still very fun to watch tho the did vita dirty with that cog hit she lost so much presence lol
Nice, I'm excited to continue and give my thoughts on it. Yeah true haha but it is a really fun and epic fight like you said and gets me excited for the collab. Vita did redeem herself after that hit with the badassery that she displayed afterwards at least
Not blaming you, as a old player from hi3, the start of part 2 is REALLY bad, it's pretty bad for both newcomers and veterans alike. Tho it gets good once the shu arc is over and the part 1 characters start to join the story
I actually like the beginning of Part 2, its about introducing the characters the settings, getting you used the people before really shaking things up, its just a shame people have such hatred for build-up and non-instant gratification, I don't think the later "good" parts would be any good without the build up.
@@exigentspr.4899Nah,the hate for p2 is entirely justified. What introductory arc takes 6+ hrs? Where are the animated shorts? Why did they take so much time for the first arc and yet half the characters were underdeveloped by the end of it? Why self insert?

lmao true, part one early part before the revamp feels veeery weird.

It was weird before and after the revamp🥴
Absolutely love sparkle VA

This trailer was heavily inspired by Gundam Seed Freedom.

This gives me more hope of Vita being playable in HSR. Although it would feel too soon for her to be here🤧

How does it make no sense? This comment is just full of complaints and no praise.
Umm sorry to tell you but part 2 is starting to get good now that the truth is starting to be revealed and the old characters are coming back

For me part 2 was great when the shu part of thbe story started. The intro was horrible with too much text and complicated jargons.
