hI Jared, I have been enjoying your amazing playing this afternoon !!! fabulous improv on a cherished tune !!!!! thanks for the concert my friend. . jeff
Yes, I had to do some tweaking to the organ in terms of tuning, and I also had to add some big reed stops to make it sound authentic. I think it came out nice, the organ really has that French sound.
@@jaredcroal804 Woah! OAO! Tuning the whole pipes by Tutti/Fonds/Bombarde you mean? OAO? Never did I know this... Anyway, that organ also sounds like Bombardes of Skinner organ too😁
This is great, Jared! I've played Tournemire's twice in 50 years at the organ. The last was my retirement recital last October. Keep up the great work!!!
This is in fact a Rodgers, and the sound is 100% from the Rodgers, there are no external sources being used. I got this distinctly French sound by selecting 3 or 4 stops from the sound library and adjusting the volume and tuning. That’s it! I coupled everything together to great at 4ft 8ft and 16ft. I’m not even sure if I have it on the French sample set. To get these Rodgers to get that French sound, it’s all about picking the right stops in the sound library and tuning them properly. It is indeed a very nice sound!
Wow! Beyond incredible! I am once again amazed by how remarkable the cultural tastemaker Jared Croal is at his craft.
