Hiya DTW, have often used my dutch oven but never the hot plate/griddle that came as part of the set. Having watched this. I'm inspired to do so next time out. Cheers. Chaz.

Hi Chaz. I find it a very useful peace of kit if im not cooking on it i will have my kelly Kettle or hobo stove on it as it makes a very stable base. I do love my dutch oven to I sometimes use the lid upside down to cook breakfast the same as I do with the griddle.
