She is the GOAT, and it isn't a debate. Some of her Tennis in the last two years of her career was just as devastating and brutal as ever. Longevity + 23 Slams + All her off court achievements = GREATEST OF ALL TIME
Serena only played grandslams, never played the 250s or doubles/ mixed tournaments like Martina did. Martina Navratilova is the GOAT, showed up everywere and still won 19 singles slams, 31 doubles, 10 mixed. Total titles singles 167 doubles 175.

@@haydengnichols1275 I extremely disagree that context outside of the court matters at all when you are discussing the GOAT. When you are talking about a role model, yes that kind of context matters. But not when you are discussing who is the GOAT of a sport. I am even not going to account Serena's bad attitude on the court when it comes to the GOAT discussion.

Good, fair video. I'm a Serena fan, and of course she's had bad moments. But when you consider the lifetime of abuse and discrimination she has endured, she has lost her cool very few times over a long career. I remember the Indian Wells incident, and it was horrible. She was only 19, and shouldn't have had to experience such bigotry for something that was not even her fault. I think you gave a good and impartial account of her.

I think she left those things behind her a long time ago. She doesn't strike me as someone who lets disappointments cloud the rest of her life. Tennis fans know Court's record has a big * , because 12 of those Aussie titles were won either before Open tennis, or when very few top players travelled to Australia for the tournament.

Because if yes, that seems very exclusionary, biased and unfair to our fellow xx chromosomal humans.
