Hey, inspired by your video, I tested Energy Blade progression during the last week and extensively played in Sanctum. Mostly Penance Brand, then switched to Hexblast. I must say Hexblast is vastly superiour with this archetype. Imo you should switch as soon as you can get 800 attributes. The damage and QoL is just miles better. Even at high budget (using Mageblood, which helps PB a lot more) this is true.
I do think dmg wise this is true for sure! I am not so sure when it comes to complete sanctums per hour but i need to test it myself. right now i am testing an occultist for the first time. glad that my video inspired you. I will be uploading more frequenty in the near future again
i will actually try to do a ci version with that helmet so that i can use flasks to speed the charackter up. I recently did an occultist sanctum runner and the flasks are amazing to make the charackter even a little faster than the inquisitor
I leveled a tristack hexer to 100 and farmed around 260 div this league. I started with the divine/double focus but found I got too many runs with zero devines for it to be worth the focus. Feels much better to end a run with a mountain of chaos and other bubblegum and 0-4+ divines. I guess it really comes down to how much you enjoy gambling.
very true! I enjoy the Quantity relics the most with the blood of innocence to gamble for a wither on hit jewel the most! However this league compared to the last i dont have consistent 2 unique relics at the end of a run. not sure if there nerved the drop rate a bit or if i do something wrong. I also just like the variety of testing all kind of strats
oh Thanks for the feedback! well i do still like my set up now (made some not as budget friendly changes) i am using 2 seekers since i didnt know about that and i just have to cast my brands once per room and they kill everything (in an arena that is) but i might try to change one of the seekers to cast speed.
I remember being able to force major boons from the merchant. Maybe this was nerfed at some point. Is there a trick to running Abandoned Library (16:55)? I often have to go all the way around before finding the exit.
there is no real trick. i just know that it is one of the 3 corners so i dont go into the middle and just stay on the outer areas of the room. and i dont think since its rng anyways
as far as forcing majojr boons: u have a high chance of getting the minor boon that converts the next minor boon into a greater boon. when u have all minor boons u will get more relics as an offer but those relics are low level so not really worth checking. getting a major boon straight up is still random as far as i can tell. for the forbidden library i do go through the middle out of habbit and i dont think it is way slower than going top right first.
Perfect Forrest Warrior for onslaught and Perfect Pain Artist for zealotry. but if budget is no issue the Perfect spirit of fortune would be better since it gives lucky dmg and then u would go zealotry on ur charackter instead of wrath

Seeker runes doesn't stack like you think it does. With two the max increase is still 100%, they just stack faster.
