Hey you need to report one day before the reporting time. You need to carry goggle, sunscreen, rain wear(imp) , sleepers . Don’t carry extra clothing coz institute will give you one jacket ,bag , sleeping bag & snow shoes. So limited clothes . One or two only.
Nothing has changed ....I had visited this place during 9th standard when I was in Kendriya Vidyalaya This place and the moments I spend here has a different place in my Heart 💓❤️
It's strange to see that..in monsoon course also..they are now doing it in solang/bakartach..they used to conduct the July course in spiti...I did it in 2008..
@Travaller Sibling. Nice footage. I read that all the BMC courses are allow foreign students. But noticed that (from you tube) all the institute conduct lectures in Hindi. Is it correct ? Means do foreign students should be fluent in Hindi?
Yes you are right. Even in our batch also 2students we’re foreign but most of the classes were conducted in hindi. So it’s a drawback. They face difficulty in understanding.
You need to carry 3-4 set of track suits from which one should be warm . Jacket, One raincoat, wind sheeter , tracking shoes, Cap 🧢, shades 😎, make your bag pack limited because only you have to carry that.
I was recording just for memory not for blogging but later on it i decide to upload so that it can help others who are planning to do BMC. And about battery… in campus there are full facilities so no need to worry but when after 10days uhh move to campsite 🏕. I uhh need to record every activity then uhh need to have battery backup for 10daysss. Coz in tents ⛺️ there is no electricity.
Your group will be divided there only. 10members in one group, that also from different parts of India. It’s a mixed batch as some of them are ncc cadets, some from navy or army and some who had self paid.& some are local. So it’s a awesome experience you meet with new people and some of them became your good friend. Good luck for bmc & make yourself physically prepare 1-2 month before going.

Hello if your are doing adventure course it’s just for recreation but if you do bmc it’s a good experience with learning many mountaineering techniques also. BMC will be little tougher than adventure course. So you can decide you want go for adventure or learning some new techniques.
If uhh want to opt this as profession than you can go for BMC & if you are doing just for enjoyment than you can go for adventure course 👍🏻 it’s up to you
