Thanks for the Greek lesson! It is awesome that you are embracing your heritage! Teach those kids more , too! And then your husband can teach them Italian...it would be a win win for your littles...we can never know too many languages!
ευχαριστώ! So nice to hear Greek after spending many summers in the islands in the 70’s... those were the days! I was thinking that a magenta, orange (or red/orange), gold and touch of black would look awesome on the grey! Again, thank you for your wonderful videos... so helpful, and enjoyable to watch!
Beautiful color palette. I have never seen anyone else blow out a Dutch pour as beautifully as you do with big full petals. I’m afraid to even attempt do one at all when I see seasoned artists trying, and failing, to blow out a Dutch pour with any kind of consistency at all. I know that when I do I will be using you recipe. Thanks for sharing your special talent with us.
Hi Kanella, yes! you are crazy, but in a nice way. You always make me smile and laugh sometimes. You're just great, as is your art. These colours are just beautiful. I'm looking forward to you doing the pinks and grey (please, pretty please). I just love pink and grey together. As always, take care and stay safe. x
Absolutely Beautiful Kanella....you make it look so easy but practice makes perfect...I subscribed to Lucas's channel and told him he sounds just like Mommy...talented for sure...he does a great job describing the train cars...I would like to see some red and black with pearl iridescent on the grey...you go girl...love Gramma Donna
Γεια σου Κανέλλα .... Πόσο χαίρομαι που σε άκουσα να μιλάς ελληνικά ❤️❤️❤️ your paintings are stunning keep up the good work and Greece is watching you.
Beautiful pour once again Kanella and it's lovely to see the kids at the end and of course the puppy... :)... looking forward to a magenta or pink in a pour... I think the magenta is so rich especially on grey... :)
Stunningly beautiful😍, but then all your works of art are! Haven't seen one yet that I didn't like. I'd like to see greens with the grey, grassy green and a lime or neon green plus the silver, white and black. Looking forward to the small canvases and voting, inspired idea! Should be fun!😄👍
I can relate a bit. When I was about 8yrs old I went to Polish school. I only went a few times because I felt so left out. Many of the kids could speak some Polish so in class when the teacher pointed to a bicycle and ask what it was everyone but me would say it in Polish and I would say it in English. Now that I am older I wish I had of continued and learned the language. I just love this piece. Also, on another group a girl tried the Krystal Resin and used it for coasters. She found that putting a cup of coffee on the coasters it left a ring in the resin so for anyone wanting to know, it does not work for things with heat such as coffee. But I used it on a small painting and I love it for that
Hi Christine, you really should ask the more experienced users of resin before listening to others. Krystal resin has a very high heat rating (higher than ArtResin in fact) and it is perfectly fine for hot coffee mugs and coasters. If this other person read the directions of the resin properly (on the website) she would have read that the resin needs to cure for 3-4 weeks if you want to be able to use it with a hot coffee mug. You can't pour resin on a coaster and 2 days later put a hot coffee mug on it. The resin needs to cure. I hope this clarifies this for you :) This is right off the website : Heat resistance level after curing (after a month): 190°F (90 °C) great for counter-tops and coasters First few weeks its more delicate so heat resistance is lower during this time.
I danced in a small family Greek restaurant for almost 8 years. I wanted to learn the language but we never really got around to it. I did pick up a couple words. Only remember “good night”. This painting is stunning! Of course you used my favorite color turquoise!
Magenta and Diox Purple would be my colors of choice with the gray background. And a touch of a blue. Although tonight’s colors look great! Thanks for always teaching me something. Great day always!
Another gorgeous piece! Have to say I do get distracted by your beautifully clean art studio and those BOTTLES! I am generally very tidy and hate mess but my bottles are disgustingly dirty, with paint of course! Mind you, I have only been doing this for a few months and had to claim a tiny corner of our basement, which here in Australia we are so lucky to have but my hoarder husband has taken up every available piece for himself! He will get a big shock tomorrow to see I have moved it all into the garage and claimed the entire space for myself 😳😬 I am a little nervous but just cannot work in clutter so I'm expecting a great day of painting tomorrow! Thank you for your continued inspiration! x x x
I just knew those colors were going to look awesome on that Grey and that you were going to rock it which you did a great job and can't wait to see the next
Wow,love the Greek-lesson !It is so nice to learn basic words ....just imagine ..in SA🇿🇦 We have 11 official languages that's without all the European languages we also have...The gray basis are Amazing...the colours that you mention all sound wonderfull !
You’re so kind to share all of your ratios with everyone, even how you mix the gray color that you use. This is as stunning as ever! Thank you for sharing!
Love these colors!! I love the depth that the black provides. The purple version of this idea is lovely, but more 'delicate' for the lack of black. Loving this gray series! The videos of your "smidgets" always make me smile.
