Ps....I live on long island, not too far from Cutchogue....it's true, the farmers all sold their lands off to developers...potato farms gone. Long island is expensive and over developed. But beautiful beaches. And tourism is biggest industry.. North and South shore very expensive. I've lived here all my life.

I grew up on the island, north shore of Brookhaven. Know the area. Back in the late 50s Cutchogue was the wilderness.
