Walmart has these small phone shaped fan that hangs around your neck. This little fan blows directly up so you’re constantly cool. I think I got mine for 11$ we always take those to festivals
those little “blanket” things are called pocket blankets but i like to call them pocket tarps😂😂 very close to tarp material but thinner obviously
