I live in Michigan my husband & I just bought our first house this past winter & have been non stop gardening ever since. That being said I CAN NOT say more wonderful things about Tuscan Sun! They are so pretty & VERY bright, almost neon orange directly in the sun. If ours ever died I'd definitely buy more of them. Truly a must have in the summer garden!
Hello again . Love the video! A few comments: deer always eat my goldsturm rudbeckia. (4 years in a row) They do a Chelsea chop for me every spring but then leave them alone. Also I have had holly hocks come back 3-4 years but not consistently. The ones that have come back for me were started from seed a black one that was labeled "nigra" and a mix called "Indian spring" that was labeled as an annual. I'm in Southwest Michigan. Zone 6a
Everything was sooo pretty. Redbuds and evergreens are not something youd easily find in my neck of the woods. And tbh. The music wasnt distracting at all. I was looking at all the gorgeous Echinaceae. Thanx Steph. Another amazing Home Depot Inventory tour. I learn sooo much from the commentary you give. Priceless information.
Great walk through Steph, i have redbuds coming up in different places in my yard. I love them. Came up from seed.❤i planted 2 little babys years agoand now i probably have about 15. Lol❤
Well, looks like I may be heading to HD today! 😃 Veronica is my favorite companion plant to hide 'bare knees' on my roses. The pink ones look so pretty with white roses, and the purples and blues look gorgeous with anything.
Another great video thanks Steph! I recently purchased 2 PW white pillar rose of sharon with the sale 😊 and a few years ago I purchased a Cotton candy striped hollyhock at Home Depot, and it has bloomed every year. I do however have some from a friend who lives in Albuquerque that sent some to me and they are biannual so far.
Mine rarely puts anything on sale or clearance either. Mine did NOT participate in the 4th of July 50% off sale on trees and shrubs that many of the other did. Must be a regional thing or maybe up to the store manager. Who knows.
I am living in California and wishing for Smoke bush because of our fires I didn’t know they have the other colored one but not sold in California HD I must order from PW
Man I wish I lived by you! One I wld be in zone 5 (the perfect zone) but your Home Depot has a lot of stuff. Mine has it down to a science where we don’t have a lot left over. I’d love to get my hands on Tuscan Sun for I want like 8! All the garden centers are out arround my area. But for 12.00 that’s a great price, PW wants abt 20.00 dollars and you have to pay shipping 🙄 I did however get some great Cheyenne sky cornflower! Bingo 😊
loved the tour. your home depot has a better selection than ours. but i do need to go and see what they have. thank you for sharing with us. hope you have a wonderful day!!!
I recently added some veronica to a newly established garden they did great for a couple weeks and now the leaves all turning yellow. I think I'm watering them enough but any tips on how to salvage them?
At 8:52, that is NOT a zagreb coreopsis in that pot. I have zagreb planted in my yard and they are solid yellow threadleaf just like the label shows (I don't like it and I'm slowly getting rid of it). Like you said, the plant in the pot is a broadleaf/lanceleaf coreopsis, not a threadleaf. It may or may not be Sterntaler variety. Someone messed up labeling that pot. I would love to try the broadleaf/lanceleaf type to replace the ones I have, so I'll have to go take a look and find a bargain. Thanks!!
@@mapndo2337 I know. The plant in that pot is not a threadleaf. Maybe I wasn't clear, but I just wanted to point out what that label says and what is actually growing in that pot are not a match. :-)
Not sure I will be buying anything more this summer but I have a question about Veronica's. I bought three beautiful ones last year, two purple and one pink. Planted them right in front of my yard in a flowerbed and they bloomed until JANUARY! They came up nicely in the spring but now look very weary. Not much color. Our sprinkler system goes off Mon-Tue-Wed for an hour and this flowerbed gets an over spray but certainly not fully watered. I know Veronica's are drought tolerant. Do you think they need more water on the other days the sprinkler doesn't run? Do you think I am watering too much or not enough? I don't want to lose them but they are a very vocal point of my front yard and don't want dreary looking flowers. Please help Steph!
Man, your HD has way more stock than mine... so many plants on my wish list there!

Thanks Steph! I love your 'What's in stock' videos. Perfect way to end, with that naughty bunny looking for something to snack on🐇😊

Hi Steph, love your program! Today I covered my dogwood tree, planted yesterday, with my patio umbrella!
Wonderful Anita! That dogwood will sure be happy 💚

It's great to see what you've shared. Very interesting to keep watching. Best wishes to you 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have Medusa allium and it is my personal favorite. I highly recommend this variety.

Thanks Steph, that last daylily was so cute 🤩
You do an excellent job of taking us thru the plants at the stores. Thank you for that.
You are so welcome! Thank you so much for your kind words, and for watching 🌱
Bunny shopping for its next Meal! 😊
I'm kind've envious, my local home depot don't take care of their inventory and the plants never looks as good as yours.

My pugster blue is 5x5 ft. Much much bigger than my white, periwinkle and pink pugsters.
I planted 6 blanket flower. None of them came back over winter.
I came home today with three shrubs I really didn't need....but they were in excellent condition and 50% off, so I couldn't pass them up!

Hey Steph! ❤ Love your videos! Can’t believe you saw a little bunny at your Home Depot! 🐰

Sadly my local Lowe's in Spokane Wa. does not have Proven Winners selections.
I live in New Mexico so I cracked up the way you said Adobe 😂 it’s ( uh Dow bee ) it’s Spanish

Coreopsis totally mislabeled. I found the Lemon cut-leaf Elderberry there totally mislabeled. Got them cheap!
💐
Lots of people “like” warm colours and they can be paired often without other warm colours. 🙄
My goodness the music was very distracting, not your fault, but I have to stop.
