Thai green & red chilies are SPICY! The dried ones are just as hot if not more! If you take the seeds out they're not so bad, but definitely not for beginners.
I watch you all the time and even thought in my culture I don't eat some of the animals you eat. However, what I can say is that what you prepare always looks so clean and well done.
