Both parts of Season Six are the greatest hours in the history of television. Period.
Fantastic tribute. I clicked on here expecting the actual scene with this song (which is one of my favourites in the entire show) but damn I stayed till the end of this video. A beautifully bleak summary of the show. The balance (or imbalance) between your two families. The bit with Ade almost made me teary eyed.

Is that not, in a nutshell, the definition of an artistic masterpiece? Every time you see a painting in a gallery you may notice another brushstroke or see the painting from another perspective. What Chase created with The Sopranos is an incomparable feat of art, not just television.

A lot of people have their favourite shows whether it be breaking bad, game of thrones and so on. But what the Sopranos did was make television shows popular again and without it you may not have the mentioned. The sad thing about James was according to those who really knew him was he never understood how much the ordinary person both loved and respected him. He grossly comfort ate. If you look at the last few photos of him eating with his son or shopping he looks both lonely and frightened. He was an amazing actor who could play a complete psychopath, a homosexual hitman, or a tender loving person. Similar to Heath Ledger James Gandolfini was gone long before his time.♥️
